Homemade garlic sauce is great on falafel, veggie burgers, sandwiches or as a dip for baked fries! get @fraichenutrition's recipe below: ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀instructions: 1️⃣combine ½ cup of peeled whole garlic cloves with ¾ teaspoon of sea salt in your vitamix. 2️⃣place the lid on the blender and blend on variable 1 until the garlic is roughly chopped. scrape the sides of the blender. 3️⃣measure 1 ½ cups of vegetable/light olive or avocado oil along with 3 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice and set aside. 4️⃣with the blender on variable 4, alternately and very slowly pour in the oil, about ½ cup at a time, and the lemon juice (1-2 teaspoons at a time), waiting 30 seconds between the addition of each through the lid opening until the sauce is emulsified. if it gets too thick to blend during this process (which takes around 8 minutes) slowly add in ¼ cup of warm water while blending to loosen the mixture (i added it, you can add more water if you want a thinner sauce)! 5️⃣refrigerate in an airtight container until ready to serve.
