ingredients: - 1 1/2 c cold water
- 1 lemon, cut into 4 large slices
- 4 fresh strawberries
- 2 packets of stevia (or sweetener of your choice, to taste)
- 2 c ice
place ingredients into the aer disc container in the order listed and blend on high for 30 to 45 seconds.
