▫️1/2 cup oats⁣
▫️1 cup almond milk⁣
▫️1/2 scoop vanilla @happywayau protein⁣

▫️1 tsp nutmeg⁣
▫️1 tsp ginger, ground ⁣
▫️1 tbsp maple syrup⁣
▫️1 tbsp almond butter⁣

Anzac biscuits - this version is a healthy, vegan + protein packed anzac biscuit 🍪🍪🍪 @madeline.bourke⠀

deets: ⠀
▫1 scoop @happywayau vegan vanilla protein ⠀
▫1 1/2 cups oats ⠀
▫3/4 cup almond meal ⠀
▫1/2 cup coconut ⠀
▫3 tablespoons coconut oil ⠀
▫3 tablespoons coconut sugar ⠀
▫2 tablespoons tahini ⠀
▫2 tablespoons water ⠀
▫1/4 teaspoon baking powder ⠀
▫1 teaspoon vanilla ⠀
method ⠀
combine all ingredients in a bowl, line a tray, roll into equal sized balls and pat flat then bake at 160° for about 10-15mins or until golden and delicious 😋⠀

for the base⁣⁣⠀⠀
▫️1 cup pitted dates⁣⁣⠀⠀
▫️1 cup walnuts⁣⁣⠀⠀
▫️1/2 cup coconut⁣⁣⠀⠀
▫️1/4 cup @happywayau raw cacao powder⁣⁣⠀⠀
▫️2 tbsp coconut oil⁣⁣⠀⠀
▫️1 tbsp crunchy peanut butter⁣⠀⠀
for the filling⁣⁣⠀⠀
▫️1 cup cashews, soaked⁣⁣⠀⠀
▫️1/4 cup nut milk of choice⁣⁣⠀⠀
▫️1/4 cup crunchy peanut b⁣⁣utter⠀⠀
▫️3 tbsp maple syrup⁣⁣⠀⠀
▫️2 tbsp coconut oil⁣⁣⠀⠀
▫️dash of vanilla extract⁣⁣⠀⠀
▫️pinch of salt⁣⁣⠀⠀
blend all ingredients for the base together and press into a muffin tray. press your thumb into the centre to make a cup shape to pour the filling into. pop them in the freezer while you make the next part. ⁣⁣⁣⁣⠀⠀
blend all together the filling ingredients and pour the mixture in to the 'cups', i topped mine with grated dark choc and crushed peanuts and then freeze until set. 🤤🤗⁣⁣⁣⠀⠀

Choc protein almond butter ✨ @_thehealthyhunt⠀⠀
you will need: ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
▫2 x cups almonds⠀⠀
▫1 x scoop @happywayau choc whey⠀⠀
▫pinch of salt ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
(very complex) ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 1⃣ and almonds and salt to a high powered blender on high for 8-10 minutes. you will see the almonds go from almond meal, to a thick consistency, you will need to keep blending for what seems like a lifetime, until the oils split from the proteins, and it looks like nut butter 🙌🏽⠀⠀
2⃣ add in the protein powder and combine!⠀⠀
3⃣ try not to eat it all in 1 sitting 🤷🏼♀ (good luck with that) 😂⠀⠀

Vanilla protein donuts with sticky glaze 🤩 @clean_treats @theactivebod⁣

ingredients (makes 6)⁣
▫️1 x cup plain flour⁣
▫️1 tsp baking powder⁣
▫️1 x scoop vanilla @happywayau
▫️1/4 cup nuttelex (melted)⁣
▫️1 tsp stevia⁣
▫️1/2 cup almond milk⁣
▫️1 tsp vanilla⁣

1. mix all ingredients together in a bowl.⁣
2. pour ingredients into greased donut tray.⁣
3. bake at 160 degrees for 10-15 minutes.⁣
4. once donuts have cooled, dip one side of each into the glaze (mix together icing sugar & almond milk) then add sprinkles⁣
