When you have a busy day, it’s great to know you have home made “ready meals” at hand. -

Being flexible is very important when it comes to leading a healthy lifestyle as well as when on a weight loss journey. -

N joined slimmer u club telling me she was a sugar addict and couldn’t get over her cravings. -

quickly, i realised that she was starving herself by eating 2 meals a day and having a massive gap between the meals. -

those meals also barely contained any vegetables. -

through the daily accountability post we worked on a strategy. -

now n doesn’t have to lose lots of weight, but she knew something wasn’t right. -

she didn’t feel happy in herself, and being a yoga teacher, she didn’t have the right energy she wanted to bring to her classes. -

a few months into slimmer u club and it’s great to see such a shift in her mindset and habits. -

I did it!
1km swim in under 30 minutes. -

for someone that started swimming again just under 4 weeks ago, and 1km took 45 minutes, i am very proud of myself. -

i’m still working at swimming the whole km in frontcrawl, but i am slowly but surely getting there. -

can’t wait to see what the next 2 months have in stock for my swimming. -

Looking back it seems it’s been a month since our last run.
the weather has been way too bad for our leisurely runs.
