▪️lateral lunge ▪️ the lunge is a great exercise movement if is performing correctly. in general this movement (lunge) is a functional & multi joint exercise, poor mechanics often comes when people start an advance exercise before mastering the primary movement (static lunge). lunges can be modified to accommodate the clients postural, muscle imbalance, joint restrictions,etc. this aspect should be corrected before start an advance exercise. if you or your client have problems with the movement break it down into steps until they mastered. as soon is mastered it should be progressive into a more complex movement like: forward, backwards, lateral (video1), multidirectional, deficit,etc. 🎯target muscle: gluteus maximus & quadriceps femoris ••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••• ▪️lunge lateral▪️ el lunge es un gran movimiento si es utilizado correctamente. en general, este movimiento (lunge) es un ejercicio funcional & con multiples articulaciones actuándo en conjunto, la mecánica incorrecta a menudo sucede cuando las personas comienzan un ejercicio avanzado antes de dominar el movimiento primario (lunge estático). lunges se puede ser modificando tomando en cuenta los problemas de posturas, desequilibrio muscular, restricciones musculares, etc. este aspecto debe corregirse antes de comenzar cualquier ejercicio avanzado. si usted o su cliente tienen problemas con el movimiento, divídalo en pasos hasta que es dominado. tan pronto se domina, debe ser progresado a un movimiento más complejo como: hacia adelante, hacia atrás, lateral (video1), multidireccional, deficitario, etc. 🎯músculos utilizados (lunges lateral): gluteus maximus y quadriceps femoris . . #coachjmar #create #health #fitness #functionaltraining #fit #fitnessjourney #fitnessmotivation #weeducate #trainer #stayfit #boxjumps #hoodie #wintheday #volleyball #basketball #football #voleibol #baloncesto #lunges #lateral #trainer #training #movement #athlete
