You voted for lentil burgers in my stories so here they are! 💚 2 cups lentils, 1/3 cup parsley, 1/4 cup flaxseed meal soaked in 1/2 cup water for 15 min, 3 chopped garlic cloves, 1/2 cup oats, 1/2 tspn zahtar, 3/4 tspn salt, 1/4 tspn merken (or crushed chili flakes), and pepper to taste. add everything to the blender till everything is partially crushed. then form the patties and cover them with some more oats, sauté them 4-5 min each side or bake them. that’s it! 👍💚this is enough to make 9 burgers, pals. i topped them off with some mustard. simple and yummy! this is my post workout meal today after a back session 🏋‍♀💚 ok, off to keep working next, hugs!! 😘 ps: using non-gmo lentils by @palouse_brand ............................
ya! varios de ustedes votaron por hamburguesas de lentejas en mis stories, ¡así es que aquí están! details: 💚 2 tazas de lentejas, 1/3 taza de perejil, 1/4 taza de harina de linaza empapada en 1/2 taza de agua durante 15 minutos, 3 dientes de ajo picados, 1/2 taza de avena, 1/2 cucharadita de zahtar, 3/4 cucharadita de sal , 1/4 tspn merken, y pimienta a gusto. agreguen todo a la licuadora hasta que todo esté parcialmente triturado. luego formen las hamburguesas y cúbranlas con un poco más de avena, saltéenlads 4-5 min por cada lado o hornéenlas. ¡eso es todo! 👍💚 esto es suficiente para hacer 9 hamburguesas, chiquill@s. yo me las comí con un poco de mostaza. sencillas y deliciosas! esta es mi comida post entrenamiento hoy después de una sesión de espalda 🏋‍♀💚 ya, ahora a seguir trabajando un rato más, besos!! 😘

Studiosi di fama mondiale sostengono che la dieta mediterranea allunga la vita e che la pasta non fa ingrassare. quindi, facendo al volo due calcoli, io dovrei arrivare tranquillamente a 375 anni e per di più con un fisico da urlo... o no?? 😅👵🏼🍝✌🏻🇮🇹

Olha que coisa mais linda e mais cheia de graça. 😍 que deliiiicia isso gente! simples, fácil, nutritivo e delicioso! só cortei em tiras cebola, abobrinha, pimentão vermelho e amarelo e cortei ao meio tomate cereja. bezuentei bem com azeite, sal, alecrim e orégano e assei por 25 minutos em fogo médio 200g. isso acompanha qq coisa, até puro eu #amo de paixão. 😍

Candy cane capsicum, a great sweet capsicum than can be eaten at any colour however lose the stripes as they turn red, for appearance on the plate, the one at the front which has turned partially red is my favourite.

Fried rice 🍚 with spiced seitan, kidney beans, peas and avocado 🥑😋. it was so delicious and felt kind of like a cheat meal for me, but it wasn’t 👏🏻😁. in order to make this dish more tolerable when you have a histamine intolerance like i do, be sure to use fresh cooked kidney beans instead of canned, seitan instead of tofu and coconut 🥥 aminos instead of soy sauce.
we fried the rice in coconut oil and spiced the seitan with salt, white pepper, smoked paprika and turmeric.
such a quick, easy and satisfying meal 😋😍👏🏻
