Sweet tate and bean curry with basmati rice and broccoli😍 (recipes can be found up on my blog☝🏻) this week it’s fashion revolution week, an annually concept trying to push the fashion industry to clean up its act👚however, i also think that we as consumers play a massive roll; we have the ability to vote with our money. that’s also why i decided last year to start wearing ethically sourced wool again/secondhand🧶this might sound controversial, but it’s a decision based on knowledge not ignorance, as it’s always been/still is my goal to live as compassionately and environmental friendly as possible💚yes, i could wear synthetic clothing, but would that help the environment or the animals? no, it doesn’t. the production of synthetic fibers (even vegan ones) is full of chemicals which are toxic, and not only that, the end product is also "plastic" and will there for release microplastic into our waters🌍learning these facts has thought me to think twice before jumping to a conclusion, and thinking i’m acting in line with my values. because sometimes they might cause more harm than you think. (side note: i would still never ever buy something for which an animal has to be killed🐮)

this season 🌞 ill show you guys how we use n***d a frames as supports for vining plants. 🌱⏫ plants go in the ground and stems are tied to each one of the 5 tiers as they grow⏫. doing it this way allows us to grow much heavier fruit vertically than if we simply used a top support.
