“grilled yellow tuna filet / fennel textures / avocado escabeche sauce” ------------------------------------------ restaurant „gutsschenke“ at @schlosshotelmonrepos in ludwigsburg, germany. we did not expect such a surprisingly excellent dinner by 1-michelin-starred chef ben benasr @benbenasr . all courses of the current “spring menu” were extremely tasty with wonderful plating and at 2 michelin star level! ben’s culinary compositions are based on classic french „haute cuisine“, with modern arrangements and some oriental twist! ben is very focused on the best products, like langoustines from bretagne or local venison. the service, lead by sommelier @pino.scara , is very friendly with a sympathetic casual approach. to make the dining experience perfect, the interior of the “fine dining area” should be contemporary and located in a separate room. this would upgrade the overall-experience tremendously! ------------------------------------------ chef ben benasr led the family-owned bakery in tunis, before discovering his passion for cooking and making his profession. he made internships at @pierregagnaire, @joel.robuchon in monte carlo, @la_mirande and an apprenticeship as chef at @hotelschlossweitenburg . further stations as chef were @arminkarrer , @hotelerbprinz and @landhausstrickersylt . ben has been head chef at the restaurant “gutsschenke” at “schlosshotel monrepos” since january 2016. this is part of the hotel portfolio of the finkbeiner family of @traubetonbach . already in autumn 2016, benasr celebrated his first own michelin star! ------------------------------------------ thanks a lot to @benbenasr , sommelier @pino.scara and all the team for the fantastic menu and great hospitality! --------------------------------------------

• vegan no-bake white chocolate ganache tart 💗 •

need for a recipe for mother’s day?! i’ve got an easy recipe for you. very delicious and creamy white chocolate ganache tart, requiring just a few ingredients and less than 20 minutes of prep. .
recipe makes a 9x inch tart
crust 🌱
1 1/2 cups roll oats
1/2 cup pecan
1/4 cup flaxseed meal
10 dates, pitted
1-2 tbsp maple syrup
3 tbsp coconut oil .
filling 🌱
200ml full f*t coconut cream
200g non-dairy white chocolate
2-3 tbsp maple syrup optional* if using sugar-free white chocolate
in a food processor, combine all crust ingredients and pulse until mixture looks like a wet sand. firmly press into prepared tart pan, and refrigerate while you making the filling.
melt chocolate with coconut cream, stir until smooth. pour filling into crust and refrigerate for 2 hrs before serving. garnish with fresh fruits. slice and enjoy!!
