@theatccanada hockey 🏒 off-season training program is in full swing with the pro athletes starting yesterday 🚨link in bio🚨.

after warmup, movement, strength 💪 hex bar deadlift etc the young athletes finisher was:
3 rounds of core, mobility & body weight strength. rest between rounds.
✅ lateral plyo push-ups x 15 feet.
✅ side planks with hip mobility x 10 each side.
✅ back roll into tuck jump x 10.
✅ push-up + knee flare to elbow at bottom x 10.
our goal is to develop the complete athlete 💯
