Grilled tofu rice bowl 🖤✨
happy sunday! a simple bowl from a few days ago: sautéed baby bok choy, grilled teriyaki tofu, veggies and black rice! to finish it, i topped it with a little tamari & kimchi 🙌🏼

A delicious bowl of porridge made with 2/3rds oats & 1/3 quinoa flakes and a couple of tbsp of milled flaxseed. soaked in plant based m*lk and then cooked using water.
topped with chia berry jam, blueberries heated in water (love hot blueberries- just a couple of handfuls in a pan and then 3 tbsp of water then gently heat until just before they pop)
then more blueberries, sliced banana and chopped almonds. and as we can’t give up on chocolate orange just yet- there’s a heaped tsp of our homemade cacao and orange almond butter. it’s delicious 😋.

Gesunder schokopudding🍫
schokopudding ohne pulver ist so schnell gemacht und auch noch dazu wirklich gesund. außerdem enthält er nur 4 zutaten: bananen, joghurt, kakaopulver und zimt. meine crêpes vom letzen post sind auch damit gefüllt ❤️. .
2 reife bananen
125 g sojajoghurt
1 – 2 el back-kakao
¼ tl zimt* @spice_bar
die bananen mit einer gabel zerdrücken.
joghurt, kakao und zimt* dazugeben und in einem mixer mixen. wer keinen mixer zuhause kann kann ihn auch mit einen handrührgerät glatt rühren.

Blueberry and açaí chia jam covered oat and quinoa flake porridge.
3/4 oats, 1/4 quinoa flakes, 1 tbsp of milled flaxseed, 2 heaped tbsp of coconut yoghurt, a splash of vanilla extract - covered in coconut milk and stirred. either soak or cook depending on time.
chia jam - 200g of frozen blueberries, 1 packet of frozen açaí, 2 tbsp of chia seeds in a pan and gently heat, stirring occasionally.
spoon porridge into bowl, spoon over hot berry jam, tahini, sliced bananas, pomegranate seeds, a crunches chunk of chocolate, sesame seeds and cacao nibs.

My winter mood 🧡
Каждый раз после нового года, к середине января, замечаю за собой весеннее настроение) И не важно, что за окном снег и морозы, Сибирь это не Европа))
А в этом году двоякое ощущение, и зимнее и весеннее 💔 И это мне даже нравится! И фото с этим мини тортиком с прошлого года, тоже ☺️
Рецепт не напишу) Даже и не помню уже по какому рецепту делала. Но скорее всего классический бисквит.
