Life, work, and training at times can feel extremely redundant and even meaningless. i know for me i was struggling to find a reason and purpose behind many of the things i was doing. there were two things that really helped me keep going and find purpose in my day to day tasks. one being the head down and grind mentality. no matter what you’re doing, where you are, however pointless it may seem if you put your head down and grind it out there will a sense of accomplishment and validation once you’re done. the second was to find meaning or some sense of purpose in everything you do no matter how small or inconsequential. it doesn’t have to be profound and at times, at least to me, the reasoning felt stupid. the whole point being if you find any inkling of meaning in the task you’re doing it will keep you going and little by little that sense of purpose and pride in what you do will continue to grow. all you gotta do is just keep on keepin on!

Se mangiassi, oltre al riso, pollo, pesce e albumi, diligente come sono nell'alimentazione e negli allenamenti probabilmente sarei già bella asciutta e sarebbero forse spuntati i miei addominali, questi sconosciuti.

mi ha detto qualcuno. ammesso che sia vero. premesso che ho 45 anni e chiedere cambiamenti al corpo passata una certa età non è una cosa facile. 🌿🌿🌿 - io credo che sia più importante pensare alla salute a lungo termine piuttosto che concentrarsi solo sul raggiungimento di un ideale estetico, destinato comunque a non durare nel lungo periodo. senza dimenticare che un corpo in forma e sano non è per forza un corpo perfetto e con addominali scolpiti. e' un corpo che ci consente di fare tutto quello che ci rende felici. 
e nella mia idea di stile alimentare salutare il consumo abituale di alimenti animali, in special modo carne e uova, può provocare danni più o meno gravi sul lungo periodo. 🌿🌿🌿 - ancora di più credo che avere addominali scolpiti non sia un motivo sufficiente a giustificare la sofferenza o la morte di nessun essere vivente.
e se anche un giorno la scienza mi dimostrasse che mangiando proteine animali correrei più veloce o vivrei più a lungo non tornerei onnivora. 🌿🌿🌿 - infine credo che seguire una dieta totalmente vegetale non escluda la possibilità di avere un fisico atletico e performante (è pieno di atleti nel running e nel body building che lo dimostrano). serve forse più tempo e sempre e comunque tanto, tanto impegno.
essere vegani è una scelta, non facile. diciamolo. ma è la scelta più bella che ho fatto, la più consapevole e quella che più di tutte mi fa sentire di essere capace di amare.

maga a kivitelezés is hagyott némi kívánni valót maga után.
hiába tudtam az elméletet minek, hogy kellene működnie nem éreztem magamon, hogy eltudnám sajátítani.

sokáig azt gondoltam, hogy én leszek az az ember, aki sose fog normálisan guggolni… 😔 ⚔️aztán beleálltam a témába… miért nem megy? -tettem fel magamnak a kérdést. 🤔
‼️ mivel az elmélet, amit megtanultam nem veszi figyelembe az egyéni különbségek elvét. kinek milyen arányos a teste, hosszabb e vagy rövidebb-e a combcsontja -femur-, van-e valamilyen tartás problémája.

minél többet foglalkoztam a kérdéssel, utána olvastam, véleményt kértem kollégáktól, illetve rengeteget gyakoroltam egyre szebben kezdtem guggolni.🤓📚🗣 a mentor programoknak köszönhetően mostanra sikerült elsajátítanom, hogyan legyen még jobb a gyakorlatom. 👌

One of the quickest yet most effective free hand exercise to get a perfect shaped toned lower body [especially glutes {buttocks}] explained from beginners to advanced level that can be performed anywhere, any time of the day.

squats work your whole body. 
many muscles work at the same time, not just your legs.
the squat is the king of all exercises.

proper squat form is key to avoid knee and back pain. don’t do partial squats by going only half the way down.
squat down until your hips are below your knees. thighs parallel to the floor isn’t low enough. you must break parallel. push your knees out so they’re inline with you feet. keep your lower back neutral, don’t let it round.

sempre stata molto critica con me stessa.⠀
se a voi chiedo 40, credendo anche di chiedervi "troppo",⠀
da me pretendo 160.⠀

ma non perché io sia figa, semplicemente una cosa o la faccio fatta bene, o non la faccio proprio.⠀

col tempo sto imparando a smussarmi, a perdonarmi, ad accettare che a volte 80 va bene comunque e che non si può eccellere in tutto.⠀

però a me piace quando faccio il mio, e io il mio lo faccio dando tutto.⠀

quanto ho pianto quel giorno, ero arrivata.
in preparazione, nell'ultima me ne sono successe di ogni, e le ho affrontate al mio meglio, dandomi 5 minuti per impanicarmi( al massimo) e 23h e 55' per trovare la soluzione.⠀

badate bene, a me delle coppe, dell'arroganza che si aggira nell'ambiente, non me ne può fregare di meno.⠀
ma quanto ho goduto a salutarlo e vederlo abbassare lo sguardo...segno di chi, mi spiace, ha la coscienza ed il cuore sporco.⠀ io le coppe(ho fatto doppia categoria) le ho sbattute in macchina dopo 4 secondi e sono corsa ad abbracciare chi di dovere.⠀

⚠️ week 3 of gvt ⚠️



i’m currently running a gvt program to attempt pushing through some plateaus in my strength & add more size to my frame.

so far i have already gotten stronger on my bench press, floor press, barbell row, squat & barbell curl.

my body recomposition approach seems to be working also as my weight is fluctuating through out the work depending on whether i’m in a surplus or deficit for that day.

as german volume training is such high volume, i’m not looking to hit each muscle group twice per week, however so exercises will indirectly hit other muscle groups such as the floor press hitting the pecs indirectly, the squat targeting the spinal erectors indirectly & more.

i will be looking to post my progress over the next few weeks, will be reducing the volume of my workouts after this 4 week block of gvt is finished, then will be returning to gvt with heavier weight on a lower rep count (10 sets of 5).

soon i will be looking to perform my compound lifts from a dead stop, using the pin press (close & wide grip for triceps & chest), more box squats with a pause at the bottom, rack pulls & more. this should make my muscles do that little bit extra work & create a new stimulus for growth.

i’ll keep you all posted on my progress.

近期的深蹲改动作➕周期训练得到了一些验证,不过150kg 5x5对本人来说的确是个坎儿,想每组顺利完成还是很有难度的,不过已经比原来每组只能连续3次强很多了,并且稳定了许多,只是每组最后一个都感觉手腕压力极大,杠铃在4次深蹲之后逐渐在后背向下滑动,并且每组心肺的压力也上来了,感觉喘不过来气,背部力量的不足也让胸很难始终保持挺起,上背也很难始终保持收紧压缩,不过总的来说已经很好了,信心满满往上走。 #lowbarsquat #squat #powerlift #powerlifting

plus de 2 ans et demi sans pr (je ne compte plus a vrai dire 😆) mais surtout je ne cours pas après, c’est ce qui est génial dans le cf, dans le process.
ne rien attendre, ne rien presser.
l’entraînement comme dans la vie, chaque jour est un cadeau, une opportunité, une occasion de devenir meilleur, d’avancer même à tout petit pas (kilogs), d’apprendre, de faire de son mieux avec ce qu’on a sur le moment.
qu’on a le temps sans l’avoir finalement. a méditer 😉🙏🏼
