Part of the cut you will feel skinny,
but ! once you are satisfied with the drop of your body fat, you see your muscle fibres / veins and particularly which muscle your hitting.

people love to bulk because it is easy to eat what you want, i like cutting because it’s challenging but also putting myself at risk, losing strength and size. but once i take that jumper off the party starts💪🏾

Some light form and tempo work for rdl’s. switched it up from dumbells to barbell for this next mesocycle, and ready to start hammering volume for these once my deload is over.
gaining weight steadily and all my lifts are going up, so it’s a solid gaining phase so far.

I like to split my back workouts into two parts in a week. one of them mainly focusing on horizontal movements and the other vertical. one of the exercise is called v-bar pull down. typically it’s almost the same as a lat pull down but this is executed with a v bar which uses a more narrow grip. both targets the lats just from a different angle. it’s good to mix things up from time to time👍🏻

I love the taste of f*t as much as the next person but there’s a reason why we use specific cuts of protein while we’re on a #fatloss plan as there’s a huge difference in macros even if the meat is from the same animal. this isn’t to say that you have to have #chickenbreast forever but whilst you’re trying to #losefat following the chosen cuts on your plan is the best way guarantee you’ll meet your targets: .

✅maintain energised
✅unlock #metabolism to promote fatloss

Just a little update as promised. i didn’t start following any sort of diet till september 19th. but the right picture was taken september 7th @ 252lbs (trying to look bigger holding a dumbell 🙄) & left picture was taken today @ 238lbs. s**t has not been easy but this is only the beginning, stay tuned 🤟🏼

Just got home and had my last meal! i did not realize how much was in my chipotle bowl but nonetheless! i'm in a deficit ^.^ but tomorrow i shall keep on track more with what i eat to make sure i hit my goal of 2000 calories.

coming off a heavy bulk it's not wise to dwell into a deep deficit so quick! slowly but surely maintain a good deficit and begin to gradually dwell deeper. my goal is by next week to be hitting 1800 on recovery days and 2000 on training days! we shall see how this goes ^.^ also got my actual food scale back so going to be even more precise on how much i intake per meal! :) goodnight everyone!

March to july.. the process of the shred. the bulk and the shred are the two main components in the process of building my physique. they are both very different processes and they both take a different mindset in my opinion and approach. i have done my shred process 5 times. since 2015 i have perfected and worked on my approach to melting the f*t off my body while uncovering all the muscle mass i built on the bulk. shredding is a very intense process.. that requires a very strict clean diet. long and intense cardio sessions combined with long intense training / hugh volume weight lifting sessions. being exhausted is none other than the norm on this process along with going a little nutty off the diet. but oh.. there is no other feeling at the end of it when you put the two pictures side by side and see what a-magnificent treandroamtion has unfolded before your eyes. it’s hard to see the progress on the way there because your looking st your body every single day.. that’s why taking pictures every week is very imprint along with having constructive criticism. i have s sale on my website lasting until wednesday morning for one time plans. if you guys are interested in online coaching to help@you achieve your physique , hit my email or my dms. if your ready to become the best version of yourself .. do something about it. regardless if you choose me to help you..you can do it. find a plan and stick to it. focus. tunnel vision. rise
