Seriously this was so worth the 4:30 wake up😍 6 tuesday miles done.
.
didn't pay attention to time (don't normally) because i simply don't care. i just enjoyed the run and the amazing #sunsrise i was able to see today. there were probably 10 runners i passed this morning all stopping to take a picture of the sunrise 🌞🌵❤️ remember to stop and live in the moment! ohhhhh and i did try the huma gel i'll share my thoughts today!

Om lidt mere end 2 timer går det løs til alle de seje løber der kommer til viborg for at løbe tracks (@tracksrunning ) det er et bane / turnering rundt i landet for løber der vil prøve at løbe på bane for første gange og for løber der har løbet på bane i mange år , løbet i aften bliver for alle der er tilmeldt ca. 144 løber på de forskellige discipliner fra 100m , 200m , 800m og 3000m jeg tror på det bliver en fest, dog skal jeg ikke selv løbe det i aften men har varmet banen op til alle jer der måtte komme. fik nemlig 17 km incl. 5*1000m i 3.02 pace - 3.06 pace i morges på banen 🇨🇴🏃🏽‍♂️✨💪🇩🇰! så alt held og lykke til alle jer der skal løbe det i aften giv den fuld gas bane er hurtig og klar til i giver den alt hvad i kan! så hvis du kan lige atlatik og grene vil se en masse hurtige løber så kom ind og se det med mig pg mange andre kl 18:00 - 21:00 vinkelvej 32 , 8800 viborg (viborg atletik stadion) ses vi ja det tror jeg nok vi gør🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️🥇👊

Anxiety. something i’ve dealt with for as long as i can remember- not daily but comes and goes. and you know... it sucks. it can make fun things seem.. less fun. it can ruin good days, good moments, and who wants that. i’ve found ways over the years to manage it, thankfully, and this right here is one way. running keeps me in check. yesterday was an all around day of high anxiety. when i thought about it, i realized i haven’t had a good run in a little while. so this morning i dragged myself out of bed and got in 5 miles, and i feel like a new person. to all of you who struggle with anxiety, we got this.
