🍔have you tried the @beyondmeat burgers yet? -
👌this was my first time trying them and i honestly loved them, by far the most meat like vegan burger i've had. after spending 26 years not vegan and growing up eating beef i do enjoy the taste and familiarity of it. if that can be achieved without harming any animals then i'm in.

anyone following me a long time will know i mainly recommend whole foods, but will occasionally try these products, especially if they are new or only recently available. i understand their place in helping people transition to a more plant-based diet, but whole foods first will always be the winner! -

That was my last meal i had at home before we were headed to the airport to leave for our holidays ☀️🌴😍 i prepared something using all of the leftovers from the fridge. roasted potatoes, grilled chicken breast, cherry tomatoes and avocado 🥑🍅🥔 healthy, delicious and quick. but starting from today there will be no cooking and no meal prepping, only enjoying the vacation and all of the amazing food that our hotel cooks will serve 👩🏼‍🍳 can’t complain 🤗 !!
