I had another post lined up to share but i felt led to share what i'm about to say..... when i posted yesterday about you being uniquely you, i meant it! don't get caught in the comparison game, or wanting to be someone else. that's a slippery slope that only ends in self destruction! here are a few things about me that i could easily compare to others that would lead me no where good: 🙈 i'm only 5'2" and weigh 140 lbs. everybody's shape and body composition is so different. "most" people's goal weight for someone my height would easily be 120ish max! instead of being ashamed at 140, i tell you boldly to s***w what the standards are, and do what's best for you! 🙈 i see gorgeous locks of hair on so many women. to me it's the ultimate feminine/sexy thing to have such beautiful, long hair. it's not in the cards for me! i've tried to grow my hair out and i end up looking like a drowned rat with thin, lifeless hair. but you know what?! i think i look pretty dang cute with short, fun hair....and there are other women who wish they could do short too! gotta accept things and go with the choice that best suits you, not anyone else! 🙈 i have short, unshapely legs with a bunch of cellulite. there's not a darn thing i can do about the shortness. i can embrace being "fun-sized" and just the right height for my 6' husband to wrap me in his arms. and i can celebrate every victory as i train my legs to get in the best shape for me! i may never have smooth legs, but it's not the end of the world. i dress best for my shape, and i will go confidently into the world! so don't get hung up on what you don't have. instead, find the uniqueness that's you and rock that for the universe to see! you're amazing that way!!!!!

I came home from the gym to mike making burgers, so i added my chipotle aioli & used two broccoli fritters (i'm working on this new recipe!) to make a bun! perrrrfect lunch!

Mug mud cake 💛 melt 200 g butter and 200 g dark 85 % chocolate; then mix 4 eggs, vanilla seeds/extract/flavor and 1 spoon 🥄 of powdered sweetener/stevia 🍃 put everything together and bake it at 200 c for 10 minutes. i prefer individual portions ☕️☕️☕️☕️ because they're easier to serve 👧🏻👱🏼‍♀️👩🏻👱🏼👦 whipped cream is needed!!!

Aqui em são paulo tem feitos dias mais frescos ultimamente, mas antes tava fazendo um calor insano. acho que alguma hora ele volta. se voltar, fica essa sugestão de creme gelado muito fácil. pegue uma fruta congelada de sua preferência (neste caso usei o maracujá) e bata no mixer com iogurte natural integral não adoçado e banana (pode ser congelada também). se preferir algo mais #lowcarb, faça sem banana, mas vai ficar bem mais líquido. outra fruta que vai bem é o açaí, mas veja bem porque normalmente tem açúcar adicionado nas marcas de supermercado. gostou? marque os amigos! e não se esqueça: hoje é o último dia do festival do coco em nossa loja virtual. todos os derivados (óleo, ralado, pasta, farinha e chips) com 15% de desconto. #comidadeverdade #glutenfree #paleo #primal #atkins #lchf #cafedamanhacdv

When the baby is sleeping and you don't want to risk using the blender to wake her. . . you throw all your morning smoothie ingredients in a bowl with some collagen/gelatin to make a pudding type deal and enjoy it anyway👍🏼 this will probably be happening every morning now. @donnamgates body ecology fermented protein & spirulina, coconut oil, collagen, coconut flakes, and h**p seeds! just add water and stir it all together!
