💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻 into friday cause it’s a long weekend!!! i really need more of these in my life. also throwback to this cookie pizza 🍪🍕 because sometimes u just feel in the mood for a 9” cookie. have a lovely weekend friends 🌸✨ . . . 🍪 gf chocolate cookie pizza 🍪 1 egg 1/4 cup coconut sugar (increase to 1/2 for sweeter cookie) 3 tbsp maple syrup 1/3 cup oil (i used a combo of coconut + ghee) splash of vanilla 2 1/4 cups almond flour 1/4 cup cocoa powder 1/2 tsp baking soda 1/4 tsp salt mix all ingredients by hand or in a food processor (i did it by hand). you can then make two smaller cookie pies, or roll them up and make individuals!! just make sure you flatten them, because they don’t spread. bake at 350 for 6-10 mins depending on how thick you make your cookies (shorter bake time for thinner cookies) i topped mine with almond butter, banana, chia seeds, and sliced almonds!

Happy monday, sharks! just a friendly reminder to not only eat your veggies, but also to try to eat a variety of colors. different colors generally indicate different nutrient profiles, so it's smart to keep it varied. most red fruits and veggies are high in the antioxidants lycopene and anthocyanins. orange and yellow usually indicates it's high in beta-carotene and folate. green veggies are often high in vitamins k, c, and e. blue and purple often contain anthocyanins. what's your favorite veggie?

Ginger miso chicken thigh servings: 4 time: 30 min 800g chicken thigh 3 tbsp white miso paste 20g fresh ginger 4 garlic cloves 2 tbsp sesame oil 1 tbsp rice vinegar (or other light vinegar) 2 tbsp soy sauce chilli paste (or chilli powder) to your taste 1. mix all seasoning together, all finely chopped or in food processor. 2. marinate the chicken in the seasoning. bake at 200°c for 15-20 minutes. turn it around half way. #tbbrecipe #veroskitchen #30minrecipe #thebikinibride #paleoish #paleolife
