100 grams asparagus
150 grams cauliflower (rice)
30 grams raspberries
50 grams avocado
2 large eggs
handful of parsley

1. preheat pan to medium and add 1/2 of the oil
2. sauté the cauliflower rice & chopped asparagus until soft about 2 minutes
3. move to the outside and add the remaining oil
4. add the eggs to the empty space
5. cook until just set around 2-3 mins
6. slice the avocado
7. plate up with the raspberries & garnish with the parsley and any additional magic โœจ like chilli flakes nigella seeds salt lemon juice etc ——
