Banana bread with a dayum crunch🙌🏻😎🍌🍞made my paleo cinnamon streusel banana bread but instead of the streusel part i added some grain-free granola on top🙌🏻this loaf is made with almond flour, sunflower seed butter (you can use any nut butter) and wholesome + real ingredients👌🏻yet it tastes 100x more indulgent than it actually is🙊🙃i eat my banana bread for breakfast with a layer of coconut or almond milk yogurt or i have it for dessert or a snack💁🏻it fuels me, satisfies my sweet cravings and tastes really flipping good if i do say so myself🙋🏻👋🏻-- search "paleo cinnamon banana bread" on the blog for full recipe, have a relaxing monday evening bb's💛💛💛

Happy meal prepping sunday! this week's prep took me one hour total and the recipe/steps are up on the blog: www.wanderingweights.com this week i made chicken shawarma with sweet potato fries and roasted asparagus and it was one of those "roast" and walk away preps which let's be real- are sometimes the best! after marinating the chicken in a paprika, olive oil, cumin, lemon, garlic mixture for 30 minutes, i just roasted it at 425 for another 15! meanwhile while the chicken was marinating i roasted the sweet potato fries (30 min) and the asparagus (15 min) and boom. you're done! you can put this on a bed of quinoa, rice or cauliflower rice (that's what i did) and then i plan on making some hummus to add to it as well since it's lower in fat! is there anything hummus doesn't belong on? let's be real 😂👍🏻. i also managed to squeeze in a soaking wet 6 mile hike, and now i'm resting up in a coffee shop and drinking an almond latte to warm up. what's on your agenda tonight? . . . #paleofood #mealprepsunday #mealprepdaily #fitfood #foodprep #fooddiary #mealplan #foodplan #portionsizes #wholefoods #paleorecipes #eattogrow #gymfuel #healthyfood #macros #iifym #healthy #macrocounting #absaremadeinthekitchen #flexibledieting #fitfam #protein #bbgprogress #healthylifestyle #homecooking #healthyfoodporn #foodjournal

💡súper idea💡 si has visto mis últimos stories sabrás que he estado buscando fórmulas para que la falta de tiempo no sea tu excusa para no cuidarte. pues bien... ¡menudo descubrimiento he hecho! 🔝🔝🔝 👉 el domingo congelé vairas bolsitas con todos los ingredientes para smothies. uno para cada día de la semana. con hojas y todo! quería saber, probar con mi propia boca, ver con mis propios ojos cómo quedaba para poder recomendartelo yo. (que ya sé que por internet, trucos mil... pero si te recomiendo algo siempre siempre es porque lo he vivido en mi propia carne). total, que por la mañana tan sólo tienes que triturar el contenido de la bolsita con 200 ml de agua o agua de coco. ¿y sabes qué he descubierto? 💚 ¡que hecho así está exquisitísimo! 😋😄 tiene una textura cremosa, fresca...mmm... de rechupete! así que queriéndote ayudar a llevar una vida sana he descubierto una fórmula todavía más rica para mis smothies 😉. 👉 (por cierto, anótala bien porque si eres de las mujeres que se quieren y que estan apuntadas al detox #holaveranomartamato vas a echar mano de este truco, seguro!).
