Chcolate banana muffins for breakfast 🍫🍌 with buckwheat flour 😍 and protein matcha latte 💚 (recipe below) i'm addicted to breakfast muffins, and buckwheat is my favorite grain 😛 if you put it together with cacao and banana it's an irresistible combo 😋 also add some chocolate sauce, incredible, pure love for chocolate 🍫❤ also you only need a bowl and molds for muffins, which means that after baking you do not have to wash many utensils 😁😂 recipe: 1 cup buckwheat flour, 1/2 cup cacao powder, 2 tbsp cornstarch, 1/2 cup coconut sugar or muscovado, 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1/4 tsp salt, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 2 mashed bananas, 1 cup coconut milk or your favorite dairy free milk mix and bake for 25 minutes to medium heat 🙏😘 3k thank you!!!! i love you ❤😘 i hope you enjoy your sunday!!! 🙏😘

Bom diaaa ☉ última semana de férias 😢 então vou preguiçar muito 😅 pro café de hoje teve café puro, fiz um omeletinho de farinha de linhaça e recheei com patê de fígado de pato; o pato que fiz ontem foi presente do meu sogro, que cria patos no sítio. então aproveitei tuuudo desse patinho feliz (as sobras vão virar ragu e a carcaça já está no fogo para um delicioso caldo) 😄 fígado eh algo super nutritivo e riquíssimo em vitamina a, faz muito bem consumir pelo menos 1 vez por semana, e assim em forma de patê além de delicioso eh muito chique 😆 a receita também retirei no site da @pfeldman , assim como também peguei a receita do iogurte natural, que fiz ontem com leite cru direto de uma vaquinha feliz e bati hoje com algumas frutas, chia e castanhas 😋 #eatclean #realfood #comidadeverdade #paleo #paleofood #lchf #lowcarb #fitness #diet #dieta #fit
