Once you learn the basics of how to use your muscles correctly, you can get a little creative and save yourself time.

it also may save yourself some frustration when you keep finding someone on the machine you want to use!

in this example, i'm doing a chest to back superset on a simple chest press machine.

the obvious in the fact i start with a chest press, the same movement as a bench press hitting the same area.
and rather than quickly go to another machine and hope no one steals my chest press machine in the meantime (and vice versa), i can simply turn around, squat slightly and start pulling/rowing which will hit my lats/back.

more b**g for your buck.
the bonus from an energy expenditure point of view is you will incorporate your legs in a constant squat position and as this demands oxygenated blood to the lower than extremities as well as you back and arms, you will inevitably use more energy and you'll be more out of breath than if you were to simply sit down for both...try it and you'll see!! all the best

i probably/most likely get more easily absorbed nutrients than most people eating cooked food.
when food is cooked many nutrients and live enzymes to help digest food, are burned off!

another aspect of digesting nutrients, is are we absorbing them? this has to do with the health of our organs and whether or not they have good uptake to absorb the key nutrients.. when we eat a fruity water rich nutrient dense diet like this, we heal those organs and our bodies are able to uptake and absorb nutrients better, because they start to heal under watery-fruity conditions..
