Let’s be brutally honest. time is no longer an excuse not to eat well. not when we have more access to food than we’ve ever had.

sometimes it can be tough but with a bit of planning, it’s hardly rocket science, is it? 🤷🏻‍♂️ i can binge eat like the next person, but often times it just comes down to discipline & making the right choices.

there are plenty of opportunities to include more fruit & veg in your diet. you just don’t want to. it’s not about time nor about convenience. it’s more than likely just something you haven’t prioritised effectively yet.

make just a couple of tweaks to your daily routine and you will be able to include more micronutrients with ease. dieting isn’t just about restricting portions, it’s about including more of the right stuff too. i guarantee you’ll feel better for it.

Regular rice vs. a mix of cauliflower rice & regular rice! i bet you’d hardly taste the difference 😋 ⠀

here’s how i make cauliflower rice 🍚👉🏼⠀
1. spray pan with an oil spray - do not add any water 💦⠀
2. stir-fry cauliflower rice (i buy pre-riced) on medium heat for about 10 minutes - stir frequently! 🔥⠀
3. you want to see the ends of the “rice” become a bit brown - that way it will be nice & crunchy! 🥣⠀
4. top with grated parmesan cheese 🧀 and trader joe’s everything but the bagel seasoning. add in the regular rice 🍚 if you want it! 🙌🏼⠀

When you break a fast don't do it with just anything 🥞🍕🌮 do it with good nutrition 🍖🥙 this is one example 😋 i get good quality proteins from beef prosciutto 🐄 a nice amount of fiver en fructoze (liver glycogen refill) from kaki 🍑 and a handful of slow releasing carbs and fiber from spelt toast 🍞 on witch i added a handful of curcumin, curry and chili 🌶️

Dinners like this make me happy.
it doesn’t look overly pretty, but it’s simple and nourishing.
meatballs with a bit of liver in there that no one even knows or cares about, cooked in gelatinous broth.
vibrant salad with olives and walnuts and a tahini dressing.
bursting with macro and micro nutrients, nourishing our bodies at a cellular level.
living a predominately whole foods lifestyle is not hard or boring.

for the last few weeks i have had difficulties in actually enjoying breakfast at home which has encouraged me to meal prep the night before. i have noticed that whilst its fun to have a few meals out during the week that a daily breakfast can be quite difficult and become boring.
i decided that after spending so much on breakfasts on the go and not really finding one option which suited my lifestyle that i would prep the night before.

so out came my delicious recipe in baking a egg & sweet potato frittata which can be enjoyed cold or heated. it’s an easy way to incorporate all the essential macronutrients carbs (sweet potato) protein (eggs) f*t (feta cheese) and micronutrients (spinach, peppers, tomatoes and any vegetables you want). have a lovely monday all

this is such an easy one to throw together! i quickly made it after cardio, following a 14 hour travel day. simply boil up some sushi rice, julienne cucumber and carrot, thinly slice an avocado, steam some edamame, b**g it all in a bowl with some nori, top with pickled ginger, spring onion, and sesame seeds, and serve with wasabi and liquid aminos (or soy sauce/coconut aminos). #whatveganseat #vegandinner #vegansushi
