I don't have any weak points. i had weak points three years ago, but my main thing in mind is, my goal always was, to even out everything to the point... that everything is perfect. which means if i want to increase one muscle a half inch, the rest of the body has to increase. i would never make one muscle increase or decrease, because everything fits together now, and all i have to do is get my posing routine down more perfect, which is almost impossible to do, you know. it's perfect already.

Rise and shine it’s tuesday! 🌻

this is a transformation post!
now i’ve been scrolling through my instagram and i am shocked at how far my results have come in such a short amount of time! i honestly went from nothing to getting a bit of a booty! most importantly i’m starting to love my body!
how have i dont this? here is what i’ve done! 🔆eat in a calorie surplus: this means burning more than you work out! currently i am eat 2500 calories a day but i deal between 2500 and 2300
🔆eat carbs! eating carbs is so important when building a booty! but make sure they are complex carbs! (sweet potatoes, whole wheat pasta, brown rice, etc)
🔆dont over work the booty! i work my b***y every two days in a cycle. so if i worked monday i’d then work it thursday! then again on sunday! working the b***y too much will cause you to hit a plateau! the muscle needs to rest!
🔆get the protein in! i tend to have 2 protein shakes a day one in the morning and then depending if i worked out after the workout or if a rest day one before bed.
🔆dont skip a meal: eating is so important when growing a butt! try and eat 5 times a day with 3 big main meals and 2 snacks
🔆glute activation is the one! always always on legs day start off with glute activation! this wakes up the glute muscles! 🍑
🔆hit your macros: make sure you get in fats, protein and carbs into your diet.
🔆time: building glutes takes time! it’s not going to happen over night! it can take weeks, months even years to see the results you really really want! it’s been 10 months of working and i’ve only just started seeing the results i want.

Swipe left for the some of the best exercises for working your leg strength!!! starting with leg press and smith machine front squats. you usually want to start with these because they are more controlled than free weight movements decreasing the chances of injury especially as your body is still kind of warming up. i would suggest 4 sets of 6 on both of these!! next come back squats the main movement of this workout. these come after the two warmup exercises so that you have a good amount of blood in your legs already. seeing how this exercise is the main movement of the workout you want to give it your all. 4 sets of 5 with your last set being at 100% of your effort!! finishing up with box squats and kettle bell lunges. the box squats are a good exercise to focus on form as well as strength development. the lunges are a great exercise to help strengthen support at balancing muscles on your legs. with these you want to hit 3 to 4 sets of 6!

clean and jerk: 5x1 100kg, 1x1 110kg (video)
front squat: 120kg 3x5

15 single-arm dumbbell rear delt raise (flat bench)
15 dumbbell diamond front raise

superset | 3 sets
15 chest press
10-15 shoulder presses with body bar
burn out
lateral raises inspired by my fave @whitneyysimmons ❣️ if i’m being honest most of this is inspired by her lololol
keep one arm lateral and still, raise opposite arm 5 times and switch (total of 15 raises per arm)
i repeated this again, lowered my weight and then did an additional 10 raises with both arms at my highest weight
finished with a rear delt face pull on the cables then moved to abs! swipe for my personalized ab circuit ➡️ i complete one circuit with a 5 minute timer on my phone, and repeat once. trying to get to 3 sets but is hard okkk one day we’ll get there 😫

this week i have a really full, hectic schedule so my workouts are going to be really mixed up! i joined the 5:30am crew this morning + i am so happy that i did! i completed wednesdays spooky b***y workout + then did today's stair stepper workout. i have had so much motivation lately + it's honestly the best feeling! i want to work out pretty much every day even if it's just walking a few miles. this fitplan is by far the best for me + i think my new outlook on fitness has a big part in that.
