I used to think my cancer story wasn’t worth sharing.
.
i never went through chemo or radiation. i never had any symptoms.
.
wait... that’s why i need to share. 😮
.
i didn’t have any symptoms. i was fit and living life to the fullest.
.
but i had this tiny little ball i noticed one day when i was laying down on my back.
‘hmmmr that’s weird... i must need to go to the bathroom’ 😳 .
the thing is it didn’t go away. then it seemed to be getting bigger. ‘this has got to be in my head.’ 😕
.
after getting married my hubby noticed it growing too.😬
.
my doctor thought it was just something in my digestive tract.😄
.
after a sonogram that showed nothing i remember something a nurse midwife had said, “ovaries move”

“do my reproductive system.”- me

“i can’t i don’t have an order to.” - tech

“get an order. it’s my ovary.” -me

“it doesn’t work like that, we have to...” -tech
.... i stopped listening.
.
i left. i called the obgyn’s office, got an ultrasound and he found this “narly thing” on my ovary.😐
.
you don’t have to have symptoms. listen to your body, know your body, learn as much as you can about your body and never let anyone tell you that you don’t know your body.
.
“ovaries move,” saved me time, money, confusion, worry, possibly chemo and radiation and maybe my life 😅
.
i’m on a mission to help women live happier, healthier lives and this is one of the many things that entails.🖤👗

Had a few questions about what's food can you get cheaper without worrying about the quality or pesticides levels etc. here is the list i tend to follow. just think any fruit or vegetable with a skin you can eat should ideally be organic. now if you can't afford to do this a really good substitute is to clean your fruit and veggies with apple cider vinegar. hope this help @pridbc_ #plantbaseddiet

You dont grow and become a better you by screaming in the mirror maxing out, lifting til you cant move, or take preworkout to cover for your lack of sleep. you grow by recovering smartly and sleeping better. by becoming smarter nutritionally, becoming better in the kitchen, and becoming more proactive in your approach to your lifestyle for success. focus on you. and love others along the way.

Weekend travel necessities for the kids: sound machine ✅, star bunny light ✅, sleepyize essential oil ✅ :
bedtime before this oil was rough. i mean, never ending “mooooom!!” and “daaaaddy!!”. crying and screaming and fighting that felt like it went on forever 🤪😩. we’ve been using it for a week now and it has honestly made a huge difference! rub a little on their big toe and feet and i always rub their backs with it too 👌🏻so far, working like a charm ❤️

Should you workout when you are sick? 🤧
i am a huge advocate of not working out while you are sick. 🤒
this is because more often than not, pushing yourself will cause you to take longer to heal and get better.
depending on the severity, a short walk outside in the sun can help to get the blood flowing but the most important thing to remember is that nobody knows your body like you do. so listen to what it is telling you! always get lots of fluids even if you feel like you don’t need it, you do need to drink lots of water. it’s also important to get lots of nutrient rich foods so that your body gets the proper fuel to help heal your body.
i have been sick the past few days and i am just now starting to feel a lot better. i am staying away from the gym because i don’t want to over extend myself and make the healing process take longer, tea and lemon water are my best friends and homemade vegetable soup is my go to when i need to get a lot of nutrients without a lot of work!
