My fave meal as of late. so easy, high protein, so yum.
- 1 block high protein tofu from #traderjoes (or any firm tofu)
- 1/2 pack soy chorizo from tj’s
- 1 bag frozen mixed veggies
- both white and sweet potatoes (already baked)
- a little salt
just dump it all in a pan on the stove top. i didn’t use any oil.
it makes a lot. i put leftovers in a big tupperware in the fridge and it’s good for many meals 👌.

I present the high protein soy boy breakfast burrito🌯🤤 contains tofu, veg sausage, potato hash and avocado. i’ve been spending way too much money at the asian food store viet hao and wow do they have a selection of soy products. highly recommend to all my louisville vegan friends💛💚 (they also have canned curry seitan and red bean mochi!)

This week's meal prep with macros ❣️
roasted sweet potatoes and chickpeas with onion and peppers, some spices and tomato paste (no oil added)
@lindamccartneyfoods shredded duck
spinach - cause no meal should be without greens 😇🍃
and a dollop of homemade hummus for some satiating fats 😋
enjoying fats through the month as i'll be cutting a lot of them out come january in an effort to get my lower abs to play out again 😁 to bulk out this meal for the same calories, swap the hummus for some edamame and broccoli x •

honestly the easiest thing ever to make!! to get a 45g protein, 2g f*t and 48g carb serving you need to use:
100g high protein, low carb pasta 🍝
50g soya mince
69g sauce

I always put up lots of meal prep posts in my stories but realized i never showed you the fruits of my labors in action. *
i worked back-to-back training clients this morning after my own workout, and came home sooooo hungry. if i hadn't had meals prepped and ready in the fridge, i'm sure i would have made an unhealthy choice. instead i enjoyed this tofu in peanut sauce, chickpeas, broccoli and some other veg. big gratitude to me of 2 days ago who took the time to put 3 of these meals together. #veganmealprep #mealprepmonday #preparetowin

Bean chilli with guacamole, rice and pitta slices!
easy, quick, cheap and pretty d**n tasty in my opinion 🙃

for the chilli;
1. fry some garlic (i use lazy garlic because lazy) and an onion
2. while that’s frying cook your beans separately at the same time according to their instructions - i used a can of kidney beans and and a can of pinto beans
3. when the beans are cooked add it to the garlic and onion and add in a can of chopped tomatoes and stir
4. then season - i used el paso seasoning and added a little bit of garlic powder, chilli powder, paprika, basil, salt and pepper. i’ve always had problems with bland chilli before so just added everything basically!!
5. leave to simmer for 10 minutes or so and stir regularly throughout 👩🏼‍🍳 this gave me enough for 3 days so great for meal prep as well! and gets you some nice plant based protein in there too 👩🏼‍🍳 #veganrecipes #highproteinvegan #veganfitness #didimentioniamvegan

For some reason i was really craving walnuts and cranberries last night, so i improvised and made myself these sweet christmas vegan burgers! super easy to make: about a cup and a half of dried cranberries, half a cup of walnuts, 2tbsp flax egg, two cans of mixed beans, garlic powder, salt and italian mix- if i'd had any flour i probably would have added a spoon or two to thicken it up, but they turned out really well! i was going to have two bagels for the bun but i got hungry and ate them while cooking so 😅😅 i've made 6 so far and there's probably another 4 or 5 left in the mix?

Dinner last night was soo good and made with #wholefoods ingredients!🥗i had leftover steamed cauliflower and chickpeas that i wanted to use up! i made some oil-free sweet potato fries in my air fryer because i was craving them sooo bad!😫i drizzled some tahini sauce made with (tahini, liquid aminos, little bit of garlic powder, lemon juice and water) i actually don't like tahini that much, but when you add water it definitely helps! have you guys ever tried tahini in desserts? let me know ☺️

🇬🇧 woke up feeling a lot better! since intermittent fasting i crave a lot more savory breakfasts. this is one of my favorites: 2 slices low carb bread, soybeans in tomato sauce with italian seasoning, nutritional yeast and garlic 😋 (high protein!) fijn weekend! 💪
🇳🇱 voel me vandaag al een stuk beter dan gisteren! (zou het de kurkuma thee zijn geweest? 🤔) sinds ik aan intermittent fasting doe, heb ik vaker zin in hartige ontbijtjes. dit is één van mijn favorieten: 2 sneetjes koolhydraatarm brood met sojabonen in tomatensaus, gekruid met italiaanse kruiden, knoflook en edelgist. 😋 (eiwitrijk!) fijn weekend! 💪
