dinner tonight was this greek salad with creamy garlic sauce and herb roasted organic chicken breast🤤. i marinated the chicken b*****s in a mixture of avocado oil, sea salt, garlic powder, oregano, coriander and lemon juice then roasted at 350 for about 30 minutes. then i paired it with roasted yukon gold potatoes, kalamata olives, avocado, red onion, cherry tomatoes, creamy garlic spread and dill. served on a bed of romaine lettuce dressed in olive oil, salt, pepper, red wine vinegar and lemon juice.
I always forget all of these options when replacing eggs. this will remind all of us! #helpfulhints

that being said, i’m totally going to get hooked on these pancakes and want them every single morning 🤤🤤🤤 they’re soooo delicious and so easy. i make the pancakes with @bobsredmill gluten free pancake mix with lots of cinnamon, some vanilla and a little nutmeg in the batter. then i top with this amazingness:
1/2 honey crisp apple
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp @miyokos_kitchen vegan butter

2 cups uncooked rice
➡sriracha honey sauce
3-4 cloves garlic
1/2 tbsp red chili flakes
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp sriracha
2 tbsp water
1 tsp cornstarch

1 cup broccoli florets

Last year i made these reallly delicious gluten free cinnamon rolls so this year i made grain free cinnamon buns 🤷🏼♀️🤤 they’re seriously something special too. they’re texture is exceptions and the flavors are true life heaven. (how many times can i say this about my own recipes? 😂) i hope that you guys love these as much as we all do! .
grain free, refined sugar free, super delicious
3 c almond flour
1 c garbanzo bean flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp sea salt
3 tbsp softened coconut oil
1/2 c cashew milk
4 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp melted coconut oil
2 tbsp coconut sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 c chopped walnuts
mix dry ingredients together in a bowl. in a separate bowl mix all the wet, then combine the two. mix well in a stand mixer to form a clump free dough. roll out between two pieces of unbleached parchment paper or silicone baking sheets. it’ll be pretty sticky, so work slowly and mindfully!
brush or drizzle coconut oil on the dough and then sprinkle the remaining filling ingredients inside as well. cut into 12 equal pieces, either square or rectangle. you can either bunch the dough into a ball or roll it up... either turns out delicious.
bake at 350 f for 25-30 minutes until lightly golden on top. let cool and enjoy by itself, topped with @miyokos_kitchen vegan butter or @simplemills vanilla frosting 🤤 even a drizzle of your fav nut butter #naturallychelsrecipe #chelsbateseats
