🍫 chocolate peanutbutter brownies | vegan, gf
an old, old picture of mine. what do think about the moody look? i really like it and think about a change in my feed again 🤔

1 can kidneybeans (rinsed & drained) | 1 pureed banana | 30g oat flour | 5g baking powder | 30g baking cocoa | 20g vegan protein | 100g almond milk | 20g peanut butter | 50g erythrol or sweetener of choice ➭ mix up with the banana-kidney bean batter and fill in a parchment paper layered pan ➭ bake for about 30min at 200°c/395°f, turn off the oven and let inside for 30min more ➭ let cool down and combine: 15g pb2 chocolate | 5g baking cocoa | vanilla flavor | 3 tbsp water and salt ➭ cover the brownies and cut into 6 pieces 😍🙌🏼🙌🏼

♡ 2 frozen bananas
♡ about 200 g frozen cherries
♡ 1/2 tbsp activated charcoal powder
♡ splash of vanilla extract

add frozen fruit into a blender/food processor and blend until smooth. add in the rest of the ingredients and blend some more to incorporate them.

wanna make pink pancakes too? use 1/2 tbs of pitaya powder in your batter. if you don’t have that at home you can use beetroot! it’s not as awesome but still a million more times fun than the regular ones🎉😊.

Cherry compote with creamy oats and delicious granola. i'm currently shivering outside working on our lawn..i'm debating whether to get another sweater. i got some gorgeous flowers today but it's way too cold to plant anything pretty because our nights get so cold still. oh summer where are you??

overnight oats:
🍒 1 cup of oats.
🍒 1.5 cups of plant based milk.
🍒 1.5 tsp of maca powder.
🍒 2 t of maple syrup.
🍒 1 tsp of protein powder.

cherry compote:
🍒 4 cups of cherries, pitted and halved.
🍒 1/4 cup of coconut sugar.
🍒 2 tsp of corn starch or tapioca powder or arrowroot powder.
🍒 2 tsp of lemon juice.
🍒 bring to a boil in a small pan, then lower heat and simmer for 10 mins or until thick .
🍒 i used a hand blender to blend it afterwards.

➕➕ingredients
pink layer
1 cup yoghurt of choice
20-50g raspberries puréed or mashed (to your colour/flavor)
rosewater to taste (each brand is different)
natural sweetener to taste if desired

⏩⏩instructions
mix in a bowl

chia layer
1/4 cup chia seeds
250ml almond or coconut milk
2 tbsp coconut milk protein powder
.
⏩⏩instructions

mix milk and protein powder in a jar
add to chia seeds and mix
leave to thicken for 15 mins or overnight
add more water or milk to your desired consistency prior to serving
layer with raspberry yoghurt
serve with more fresh raspberries.
