fiindcă în majoritatea zilelor tin antrenamente dimineața, nu prea am pofta când mă trezesc și de multe ori mănânc numai în jurul orei 10-11. 🕰cu asta vreau să vă spun ca nu e nici o problemă dacă nu luați micul dejun strict după trezire. 🤷🏼‍♀️ nutriția nu este un șablon 🧾 pe care trebuie să-l urmărească toate lumea. e personalizat după nevoile, pretențiile voastre. 👌🏼 să aveți o zi faină! 🤗

today i share with you recipe i made a while ago.
overnight oats with chia seeds, and avocado mousse.
•banana
•1/2 avocado
•1 tsp hazelnut butter
•pinch of salt
•2 tsp cocoa powder
•1 -2 tsp date syrup
blend all the ingredients until creamy .

does anything beat a big bowl of soup and crusty bread on a cold miserable rainy day?! ⁣⁣

in heaven with this homemade roasted tomato soup. so simple, i just roasted a tray of vine tomatoes, an onion and 2 tsps of lazy garlic (@verylazyfooduk )in the oven for an hour with some sprays of olive oil, balsamic vinegar and salt and pepper. then i added 250ml of veg stock(@knorruk ), 1 can of chopped tomatoes (@napolina ) and 1 carton of passata (@napolina )and blitzed it all together then topped with dried rosemary and balsamic vinegar. ⁣⁣

I picked these beautiful greens yesterday and now i’m now preparing them for breakfast. i do a 10 minute water sauté with pepper flakes and garlic powder. i love how sweet the greens get as the temperature outside gets cooler. this is a high nutrient, low calorie start to my day that is so delicious!

υλικά για 15-20 τυροπιτάκια:
500 γρ αλεύρι (εγώ έβαλα ολικής)
150 γρ ελαιόλαδο
350 γρ γιαούρτι
10 γρ αλάτι .

για τη γέμιση:
250 γρ γιαούρτι
2 κ.σ ελαιόλαδο
1/2 κ.γ παπρικα γλυκιά
δυόσμο/μέντα
αλάτι/πιπέρι
1 αυγό ———————————————————
η διαδικασία είναι πανεύκολη.
ρίχνεις όλα τα υλικά για τη ζύμη σε ένα μπολ και ανακατεύεις. τυλίγεις τη ζύμη με διαφάνεια και τη βάζεις στο ψυγείο για καμία ώρα. στη συνέχεια φτιάχνεις τη γέμιση. μπορείτε να βάλετε ότι εσείς επιθυμείτε, εγώ σας προτείνω δυόσμο και μέντα και σαν τυρί επέλεξα μαστελο καθώς δε λιώνει και δίνει μια ωραία μαστιχωτή υφή στο δάγκωμα που εμένα μαρεσει πολύ.
ανοίγεις τη ζύμη σου με ένα μπλαστρι και κανείς ατομικά στρογγυλά. εγώ είχα και ένα κουπατ και με βοήθησε πολύ ομολογώ. τα γεμίζεις. τα κλείνεις και τα πατικώνεις στην άκρη με ένα πιρούνι. ψήνεις για 20-23’ στους 180 στον αέρα. δεν υπάρχει περίπτωση να τα φτιάξεις μόνο μια φορά... ☺️ #angelikitsoukala #enjoyeatbyangeliki #newpost #cheesepie #homemade #healthylifestyle #healthyfood #mastelo #foodblogger #feedfeed #greekrecipes

das rezept für das küchlein hab ich heute früh bei @frollein_goodfood entdeckt und für mich etwas abgewandelt:
100g zucchini
25g apfelmark
20g mandeln
20g vanille-proteinoulver
50g mandelmilch
-> einfach alle zutaten pürieren und für 6 min bei voller leistung in der mikrowelle backen.
der schokoüberzug besteht einfach nur aus 10g backkakao und etwas wasser.

It’s another 10 minute meal! veggie filled tacos 🌮 i’ve been loving making a big ole sautee of veggies (and sometimes add some protein), throwing it in a tortilla, and calling it a day. it takes like maaaybe 10 minutes, is super satisfying, and its easy to clean up 💃🏻💃🏻.

da goods: sautee up half an onion with broccoli, zucchini, carrot, super greens, and a can of black beans with @primalpalate adobo seasoning + some salt. then warm up @eatcoyotas grain free tortillas in a pan with little olive oil or ghee, added some @nomadveganeats vegan nacho cheese sauce to the tortilla. throw the veggies on the tortilla, serve with some salad + and avocado and call it a day!

esse pudim simplesmente é maravilhoso👌 feito sem lactose e açúcar .
ingredientes
30 ml de leite de coco (aproximadamente 1 xíc de café)
1 ovo sem a película
1cchá de xilitol ou a gosto
1ccf de essência de baunilha
misturar tudo no mixer ou liquidificador até ficar bem espumoso ( reserve)
calda: 1cchá de xilitol com algumas gotinhas de essência de caramelo. leve ao fogo até engrossar. coloque a calda no fundo da forminha, adicione o creme e leve pra assar em banho maria. o tempo 🕰 depende de cada forno então faça o t***e do palito. assim que ficar pronto espere esfriar leve a geladeira até ficar geladinho e desenforme.
rendimento: 1 porção 🍮 .

Wie die zeit vergeht...
fasching steht vor der tür und der essensplan für die nächsten woche steht auch.
ich möchte mich mal mit dem intervall fasten ausprobieren. somit gibt es erstmal nur mittag-, abendessen und snacks.
als snack gibt es eigentlich immer einen apfel und deine birne. das mittag- und abendessen liegt immer zwischen 250 und 600kcal.

Just like chicken noodle soup, but made with orzo with an extra lemony homemade chicken broth! 🥣🙌
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
ingredients
1 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs
1 onion diced
3 large carrots peeled, halved lengthwise and finely sliced
3 celery stalks small diced
2-3 bay leaves
1 tablespoon butter or olive oil
2 garlic cloves minced
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
3/4 cup orzo pasta
1/8 teaspoon turmeric optional
juice of 1-2 lemons to taste
fresh parsley
instructions
place chicken and scraps from the outer layers and end of the onions, carrots and celery along with a couple bay leaves in a large stock pot. add bay leaves and 8-10 cups water and season with salt and pepper. bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer until chicken is fork-tender, about 30 minutes.
remove chicken and shred; then strain the chicken broth using a fine-mesh sieve and discard the vegetable scraps and bay leave
heat oil in a the same p*t over medium heat. add the chopped onions, carrots, celery, garlic and cook until tender, about 4-5 minutes. stir in the shredded chicken, orzo, rosemary and turmeric (if using). then return the broth to the stockpot and bring a boil.
reduce the heat and simmer until the orzo is cooked, about 20 minutes.
stir in the lemon juice and season with salt and pepper. serve immediately with fresh parsley or mint, if desired. #soupseason @feelgoodfoodie

Instant p*t stew recipe!

stew meat
potatoes (chopped)
baby carrots
1 tbsp. thyme
2 beef broth cubes
4 cups water (at minimum)
.
combine all in instant p*t and cook on stew setting for 35 minutes. quick release the pressure and enjoy!
.
the meat might look pale, but i promise it's done. if you are concerned with the color, use the saute setting at the beginning to brown the outsides of the stew meat before adding everything else.
.
there is no specific amount of potatoes or carrots to use because that is entirely up to you. i prefer a lot of them in mine, so i use a lot.
.
you can salt and pepper to taste individually after cooking is done, but it doesn't really need it in my opinion.
.
i have adapted this from a regular stew recipe, so if you don't have an instant p*t and want the original recipe, send me a dm!

Mexican bowl • 🌵
ingredienti:
- cipolla rossa
- peperone rosso
- fagioli rossi
- mais
- pomodorini
- sale,pepe,peperoncino e curry
- olio evo
per prepararla iniziate facendo appassire la cipolla in una padella antiaderente con della semplice acqua. dopodiché aggiungete il peperone (io per velocizzare il tutto, l’ho cotto per 5 minuti in microonde alla massima potenza), lasciate cuocere insieme con un pizzico di sale e pepe fino a quando tutta l’acqua che avete aggiunto non è evaporata.
prendete una bella “bowl” 🥣😏 o un semplice piatto fondo 😂 e aggiungete i fagioli rossi, il mais e i pomodorini.
condite, in base ai vostri gusti, con delle spezie e olio extra vergine d’oliva 🌵👩🏼‍⚕️
alternativa ai fagioli rossi per chi non può mangiare i legumi: il petto di pollo (.. che io farei cuocere insieme al peperone e alla cipolla 😋)

ingredients
1 sweet potato
1 yellow onion
1 carrot
0,5 zucchini
0,5-1 chili
1 garlic clove
1 tsp curry
2 bay leafs
2 tbsp rapeseed oil
400 ml crushed tomatoes
400 ml coconut milk
2 dl red lenses
4 dl water
1 tsp white wine vinegar
2 tbsp vegetable broth
2 tsp agave syrup
juice from 1 lime
1 dl hazel nuts
salt, pepper

directions
1. peel the sweet potato and carrot. grate them and zucchini on a grater and place in a large bowl.
2. mince onion, garlic and chili. fry them with curry and bay leafs in rapeseed oil over medium heat in a large pan a couple of minutes. add the grated vegetables and fry 2-3 more minutes.
3. add crushed tomatoes, coconut milk, lenses and water and bring to a boil. add white vinegar, vegetable broth and agave syrup and let simmer 10-15 minutes or until the lenses are soft.
4. roast roughly chopped hazel nuts in a dry pan over medium heat until golden.
5. add lime, salt and pepper and serve with truffle oil • . .

1 sötpotatis
1 morot
0,5 zucchini
1 gul lök
0,5-1 chili
1 vitlöksklyfta
1 tsk curry
2 lagerblad
2 msk rapsolja
400 ml krossade tomater
400 ml kokosmjölk
2 dl röda linser
4 dl vatten
1 tsk vitvinsvinäger
2 msk grönsaksfond
2 tsk agavesirap
juice från 1 lime
1 dl hasselnötter
salt, peppar

gör så här
1. skala sötpotatis och morot. riv dem och zucchini på ett rivjärn och lägg i en skål.
2. hacka lök, vitlök och chili fint. stek tillsammans med curry och lagerblad i en stor gryta i olja på medelvärme ett par minuter. tillsätt de rivna grönsakerna och stek ett par minuter till.
3. tillsätt krossade tomater, kokosmjölk, röda linser och vatten och låt koka upp. tillsätt vitvinsvinäger, fond och agavesirap och låt koka 10-15 minuter eller tills linserna är mjuka.
4. rosta grovhackade hasselnötter i en torr stekpanna på medelvärme tills de fått lite färg.
5. smaka av med lime, salt och peppar och servera med tryffelolja. •

1. sincerità: non nascondetevi, non mentite.. cercate sempre di mostrare tutti i lati della vostra personalità, tutti i vostri vizi e le vostre esigenze. più il professionista comprende come siete fatti, più riuscirà ad essere preciso e attento nell’elaborazione del piano 🙏🏽
2. puntualità e serietà: siate puntuali agli appuntamenti e ricordatevi di disdire sempre per tempo nel caso siate impossibilitati ad andare. così come voi puntate sulla serietà del professionista, lui/lei punterà sulla vostra.
3. fidatevi: fidatevi delle competenze di chi avete davanti. seguite e praticate i consigli e le indicazioni al meglio delle vostre possibilità ed otterrete i risultati migliori ❤️
4. chiedete e domandate: non ipotizzate soluzioni di vostro conto.. state usufruendo di un servizio e delle capacità di un professionista, quindi non abbiate timore e chiedete sempre tutto ciò che non vi è chiaro.

I dag har jeg været til diætist og derefter halvanden times træning 🤗
det er en måned siden sidste vejning hos diætisten og denne gang havde jeg tabt 2,3 kg 🙌🏼🤗
nu går det lidt langsomt synes jeg 🙈😁
i starten tabte jeg omkring 5 kg om måneden. men jeg må vist bare være godt tilfreds med at det går ned ad 🤗
den tålmodighed 🙈

i aften blev det så til noget jeg lige kunne hive ud af fryseren 👍🏻🤗
mit protein i dag bliver fisk, så en salat med laks og rejer og hjemmelavet dressing lavet på lidt miracle whip balance, 9% fraiche og a-38 0,5% og så kan man bare tilsætte det smag man kan lide 🤗
nemt og lækkert når man bare ikke gider mere i dag 🙈😁
