Raise your hand 🙋🏻‍♀️ if you have a stronger sweet tooth than me

on the menu today: brownies.
these no joke are the most scrumptious, gooey brownies you’ll ever make. they literally melt in your mouth! and the second best part is they’re only 110 calories per serving.
drop your favorite treat below, 👇🏼👇🏼 and i’ll be sure to “health-ify” it for you

ingredients:

1/2 c almond flour
3 eggs, at room temperature
10 tbsp butter, softened
1/4 c @vivanaturals dark cocoa powder
2 oz dark chocolate
1/2 c @lakantosweetener golden monk fruit
1/4 c erythritol
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp vanilla extract, optional

instructions:

1. to prepare the low carb brownies, preheat your oven to 350ºf. line a 9×7-inch baking pan with parchment paper.

2. in a bowl mix butter and dark chocolate. microwave for 30 seconds.

3. combine the dry ingredients: almond flour, sweetener, dark cocoa powder, baking powder.

4. in a large mixing bowl c***k the eggs and beat with a mixer until frothy. (3-4minutes) add vanilla extract, the butter and chocolate mixture and continue mixing.

5. slowly mix in the dry ingredients, until you get a brownie batter consistency.

6. transfer the batter to the baking pan and bake for 15-18 minutes. you’ll want to check the low carb brownies from minute 15 to make sure you aren’t overbaking them. (i always slightly undercook my brownies...they’re so much better in my opinion) allow to cool down, then cut into squares. enjoy your keto brownies warm or at room temperature!

note: the more you beat the eggs, the more the texture of the brownies will be fluffy and “melt-in-your-mouth” delicious.

hoy preparé pan francés, pero le hice un pequeño cambio.

para agregar verdurita rallé muy finamente media zanahoria🥕y la agregué a la mezcla de huevo🥚, vainilla, canela y chorrito de leche de almendras. .

después sumergí las rebanadas de pan integral🍞 y las cociné por ambos lados en un sartén con ghee. .
de toppings le puse rebanadas de plátano congelado🍌 y crema de nuez de la india @macadammx . .
.
¡quedó súper súper ricoo y de esta forma ya integramos los cinco grupos de alimentos!. a ale le encantó, estoy segura de que a sus niños también! .
