hello mes petits loups 😊, on se réveille avec cette petite merveille, je sais que vous adore quand je vous poste une recette d’invisible aussi bien salé que sucré.😋 pour ce matin, j’ai opté pour une version poire-chocolat avec des amandes par dessus ! et bien, il est très bon ! 😅😋 🍴pour la recette, il vous faut :
2 oeuf, 70 gr de farine, 100 ml de lait demi-écrémé, 1 sachet de levure, 50 gr de sucre roux, 30 gr de chocolat noir et 6 poires.

couper en fine lamelles les poires, mélanger farine, sucre, levure, œuf, lait ensemble. intégrer les poires dans la pâte et couper des morceaux de chocolat et parsemer d’amandes. enfourner pour 45 minutes à 180 degrés. laisser refroidir. et déguster le lendemain !

Mediterranean chickpea salad, one of the most visited recipes on my blog. it’s so versatile, goes with everything. we are having it with falafels today. .recipe follows!

here’s the recipe.
2 cups cooked chickpeas. about 1 can drained and rinsed, or freshly cooked
3 persian cucumber, chopped, about 1-1/2 cups
1 jalapeño, finely chopped (optional)
2 1/2 cups baby/ cherry tomatoes sliced in halves if large or leave whole if small ones
1 medium sized red onion, sliced
1/2 cup pomegrate arils or an orange or your choice of fruit, chopped
1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, drained, olive oil preserved preferred
1 cup pitted kalamata olives and green olives sliced ( i like to mix it up)
1/2 cup freshly chopped mint, dill or basil leaves ( i like to use all three together)
1 cup freshly chopped parsley leaves
for dressing
2-3 tablespoons your best cold pressed extra v****n olive oil
3-4 tbsps lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon sumac
1/2 teaspoon red chili flakes
1 teaspoon aleppo pepper (optional)
1/2 teaspoon zaatar
1 garlic clove, minced
sea salt and black pepper
directions

in a large salad bowl, mix the salad ingredients together chickpeas, chopped cucumber, baby tomatoes, sun-dried tomatoes, olives, and fresh herbs.
in a jar, add all the dressing ingredients extra v****n olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt and pepper, zaatar, chili flakes, sumac and spices.
drizzle the dressing over the salad and mix gentle to coat. leave aside for 30 minutes before serving, or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
when ready to serve, give the salad a quick mix and taste to adjust seasoning if at all needed. enjoy!

Ticking the boxes with this easy dinner idea with lentil pasta alongside veggies red pesto and shrimp 🍤
if you don’t fancy the pasta then add some courgettes with an additional f*t source such as olives avocado or chorizo.
i personally do not eat much legumes but when i do it’s usually in pasta form!

for me, this is a great post workout meal which ticks the boxes. protein ✔️carbs ✔️ veggies ✔️ easy quick to cook ✔️ nutrient dense ✔️ tasty af 🤩

start to finish = 15 minutes
serving 1 (feel free to double)
i used frozen shrimp to save some money too.
458 calories
protein 46 carbs 46 f*t 10

ingredients:
• 1 cup lentil pasta (i mixed red + green)
• 200 grams peeled shrimp / prawns
• handful asparagus
• 1 garlic clove - finely sliced
• 1 courgette / zucchini
• 1/2 tbsp extra v****n olive oil or avocado oil
• 1 tbsp red pepper + tomato pesto (quality store bought is totally cool checking for inflammatory fats like sunflower / canola / veg oil)

how the magic happens:
1: heat wide saucepan on medium heat with 1/2 the oil
2: bring a saucepan to boil with water for the pasta. (add a pinch of salt to stop pasta sticking)
3. slice the asparagus + courgette at an diagonal in strips. add to the pan, turn heat up slightly.
4. add the pasta to boiling water then bring to a gentle simmer. it cooks in 8mins.
5. once vegetables are lightly brown and nearly cooked through remove to a plate.
6. add the other 1/2 of oil. add the prawns to the pan and cook 2 minutes per side.
7. add the veggies back in and add the pesto.
8. cook through another 2 minutes.
9. serve with fresh basil over the top.

this is a delicious meal which is high in both protein and carb. quality nutrients such as dha, iodine, selenium and zinc in addition to potassium in the veggies.

Почему диеты работают?🥗И работают ли...Давайте разберёмся.

Обычно диета это довольно радикальный временный метод для снижения веса. И вы наверняка знаете людей, кому с помощью диеты удалось сбросить вес. Естественно, удалось! Потому что возьмите любую диету, и в каждом случае из рациона будут исключены полуфабрикаты, сахар, рафинированные углеводы и прочая дрянь.

Конечно, будут ещё всякие разные условия, тут уже зависит от диеты. В разной степени урезается количество углеводов, где-то животный белок, где-то только количество калорий. Но поработать и напрячься по-любому придётся. И конечно же лишний вес будет уходить, пока будет хватать силы воли соблюдать предложенный режим.
Но в силе воли как раз и заключается проблема 🤷‍♀️. Она не вечна. И при завершении диеты часто человек не просто возвращается к старым привычкам питания, а с удвоенной силой набрасывается на «запрещёнку».

Не нужно соблюдать диет (условно здоровому человеку)! Уберите из своего рациона весь тот хлам, который едой не является! Уберите, по возможности, насовсем.

Это рафинированные пустые продукты:
белый сахар
изделия из белой муки
полуфабрикаты
вся обработанная #простигосподи еда из ярких упаковочек.

Просто уберите это из своего рациона и замените на цельные здоровые продукты! 🥙Только уберите не силой воли, а от ума и осознания, что вы не хотите это есть. Не потому, что кто-то запрещает, а просто потому, что это не еда на самом деле. И всё! Вес начнёт уходить и без всяких диет.

mit dem 25g beutel high protein porridge von @provista lässt sich daheim oder auch im büro ein schnelles und gesundes frühstück zaubern. high protein, lower carb, low fat, glutenfrei und vitaminreich!

für den gesunden sattmacher benötigt ihr folgende zutaten:
⊳ 1 packung high protein porridge von @provista
⊳ 50g schmelzflocken
⊳ 20g dinkelflocken
⊳ 10g puddingpulver vanille cream von @timokonzelmann
⊳ 300ml wasser 💧

toppings:
⊳ 1/2 apfel 🍏
⊳ walnüsse

zubereitung:
1. 300ml wasser 💧 in einem topf zum kochen bringen.
2. high protein porridge, schmelz- und haferflocken einrühren.
3. den topf vom herd nehmen und das puddingpulver einrühren und gut verrühren.
4. die masse in eine schüssel geben und 10-15 minuten⏳abkühlen lassen.
5. in der zwischenzeit 1/2 apfel 🍏 in scheibchen schneiden und  zusammen mit den walnüssen darüber geben.

what is the best thing we can do to improve our gut!? the number one thing to improve our gut is to consume a wide variety or plant foods 🥕 think fruits 🍉 vegetables 🍠 nuts/seeds 🥜 legumes + wholegrains ✨

consuming a diverse range of plant foods will ensure your microbiome has sufficient food to do its job and remain healthy. see in nature, plants are formed with an abundance of indigestible fibre. this portion of the plants resist digestion and pass through the digestive tract where they are then fermented by our colonic bacteria 🦠 this fermentation process then produces short chain fatty acids (scfa) that provide our cells with food to perform their job efficiently. scfas also bind to surface receptors (gpr-43/41) that signal appetite suppression. vitamins (k & some b12) and serotonin (our happy hormone) is also synthesised through the fermentation process.

What i had for breakfast 😋
pasta stir fry with cucumber slices and dried fish 😋. pasta was made with shredded cabbage, ginger, garlic, carrots, pepper, onions, peas, salt and 2 tbsp of stew. no extra seasoning was added.

i was supposed to have oats for breakfast and this for lunch but my body wasn't in the mood for oats 😂.... so i swapped oats for this.
.
this meal took less than 30 minutes to prepare.... you know i hate spending hours in the kitchen 😁

there is nothing better during the winter months than a warm, comforting bowl of porridge. not to mention it’s nutritional benefits are through the roof (especially this one with all the berries on top) to keep you going through your busy morning work schedule! starting the day right is so important.

nutrition and wellness is high on our agenda at savvy and we always want our tenants to feel empowered with the knowledge to make important nutritional decisions for their wellness. nutrition is key, especially when it comes to our daily performance and general mood boosting and feel good factors.

try making something as delicious as this wintery warmer and take it to work with you, or have it before you leave the house. recipe below:

1/3 cup rolled oats (use gluten-free oats of allergic/intolerant)
2/3 cup milk of choice (i used oat milk). use more if necessary.
1 tbsp runny tahini
1 tsp date syrup
1/4 tsp cardamom
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup blackberries
toppings - granola or nuts
add the the oats, milk, cinnamon and cardamom to a sauce pan. cook on a medium heat stirring continuously until the porridge thickens (5-7 minutes). take off the heat and mix in the tahini and date syrup.
heat the blackberries in the microwave for about 30 seconds. top the porridge with the warm berries and nuts.

make sure you start your day right with a healthy breakfast, it will set you up for a productive day ahead

Killed it tonight working biceps, triceps, shoulders and traps. kinda don't wanna move my arms now 🤣🤣 but i love the pump, that warm/hot buzzy feeling in the muscles after you've hit them with a great workout. i had some help in the gym tonight pushing my a*s when i didn't think i could go anymore. i did the cardio, perhaps that was a bad idea, because my foot started to ache tonight as soon as i took my shoe off. argh......i guess i'll have to get it looked at tomorrow. .

anyway, bad foot isn't an excuse to miss an arm workout. i don't need my foot to do bicep curls 😁😁😁 so i got it done and i'm so glad i did. .
.
picked up some spinach to add to my morning power berry smoothie, so stay tuned for that, i'm a little afraid.....🤣🤣 hope y'all have a great night, and let's not forget what tomorrow is 😉

Back in september when i took this picture in co. clare in #ireland i was looking for a way through the trees... there seemed no clear path... yet when i later looked back at the photos the path in the picture appeared so clear and obvious.?!?! .

A bowl filled with my favourites, right here..smoothie, yogurt, tahini, matcha🤩
started with a base of coconut milk added a handful of steamed kale, a pinch of cardamom and 1/2 tsp of cinnamon, 3-4 tbsp of @nushfoods vanilla yogurt, 2 spoonfuls of vanilla plant based protein by @vegateam_uk, 1 tbsp of h**p seeds and 1 of soaked chia seeds and blended until smooth. poured into a bowl and topped with swirls of yogurt mixed with @matchaeologist matcha powder, a drizzle of @sunitafinefoods tahini and a sprinkle of sesame seeds..my kind of heaven in a bowl😍

💣 truth bomb tuesday 💣 ~♡ most people have no idea how good their body is designed to feel. ~♡ it's been a tough few day! it all started on friday when summer got sick, by saturday night jax was throwing up and by sunday i woke up with an aching back and struggled to drag the single mattress onto the loungeroom floor. the kids and i slept for most of the day, i could barely lift my arm let alone get up to make something to eat.
weeks prior to this i had run out of my amazing wholefood capsuals & chews with over 30 varieties of fruit & vegetables the kids and i had been taking every day and instead of bringing my order forward i decided to hold out and wait for the next shipment🙈 this turned out to be a terrible decision! i ended up racing over to my sisters to grab an emergency bag of fruit & vegetable chews to get into the kids to boost their immune system 💖

we haven't been sick in a very long time 🌞 our bodies are not meant to feel tired, sick, bloated, have digestion issues, run down or be in pain all the time 🙅🏼‍♀️we will never again miss a day without the amazing variery of fruit and veg that my family & i flood our bodies with helping us to feel our best 🙌
