there is no better time than today to start prioritizing your health!
i know so many people have the mindset of “i’ll start monday” “i am so busy so i will just have to wait until i have more time”
but how would you feel if you actually started today? what if you didn’t wait until monday or even the new year?
one thing that i always say is that “all or nothing” mindset you might have is complete bs.
i always say a 20-30 minute workout is better than none. you can get in an amazing workout in a short period of time(& if you’re looking for 20-45 minute workouts that require limited equipment, check out my full body hit guide linked in my bio!)
look into your schedule and see where you can adjust to squeeze in some movement. watching tv? find yourself scrolling social media? use that time to move.
maybe you missed a workout or two, maybe you overate your favorite treats/dessert.. that doesn’t mean you have to start over.
you can still choose to take care of yourself & your health even after doing those things.. but ultimately you have to get up and do it.
honestly, i strive to feel my best and be my best.. and i know that i need to prioritize my health in order to be those things.
in order to live a happy & healthy life, prioritizing your health and getting in some form of exercise and healthier nutrition is so important.
do it because you want to be better. do it because you want to take care of yourself. don’t wait until it is too late and you’re looking back and saying “i wish”!

there is nothing worse than feeling like you’re wasting time right? having a plan provides you with the structure to your session⁣⁣
so you’re not wondering around the gym thinking what shall i do next!⁣⁣

- helps prevent under or over training⁣⁣

if your trying to piece together different workouts you could be training the same body parts over and over again which may not be assisting you in your goal whatever that may be. having a plan will ensure you cover all areas allowing your goal to be achieved!⁣⁣

When you step into the gym you want to be getting as much as you can out of your sessions. a few things to try:

1. stop faffing.

2. put down the phone.

3. stop chatting, start working.

4. give each session your undivided attention and maximum effort. this doesn't mean going balls to the walls every session, it just means focusing on each session and knowing that hour in the gym is your time.

5. support your performance and recovery with good nutrition.

6. be honest with yourself. many people say they couldn't have done another rep, but as soon as i look at their training they easily could've done 4-5 more.

7. sort out a playlist to motivate you.

8. get a plan. going in and just doing whatever gives you no guidance so many feel lost and stop. get a plan to progress on and keep motivated.

9. take photos to track your progress if f*t loss or muscle gain is your goal.

10. finally, enjoy the plan. if you don't enjoy it you won't do it. we aren't all like muhammad ali.
