Before (left 1 marraige ke baad ke side effects😂) i gained lots of sudden wt after my wedding..due to harmonal imbalance and the estrogen levels went down, i suffer sudden inch and wt gain on my body, its becoz of bad diet nd bcoz of medicine issues my body showed me her worst part🙈🙈.. it targeted my lower and upper area of my body..i was lil worried, will i be look good again? will i be able to loss my body f*t again? so many questions was in my mind. they are stressing me alot(and the other reason of wtgain is when you stress alot). some how i again recall my positivity to give me positive strength and make me love myself again,make me fight with to get estrogen level high (ladies hormones)😊 and now i can see a good change in me.. i kept myself in turtle race to achieve good f*t loss slowly snd steadily to win.. never loose hope. love yourself nd your body and you will be getting your answers easily.
i improve my diet,my protien and my good habbit was again on track. i started doing workouts and every thing which will make me look good in my outfit( becoz i love wearing croptops🙈😄). and still i am towards my f*t loss journey. this is not the end i am stopping myself,

After a pretty bad back injury and weeks of prehab, trips to the physio and not being able to walk properly, im back in the gym.

Fruity oat bake 🍁
don’t forget to like and save to support your girly 💕
ingredients:
• apples
• sultanas
• frozen berries
• dried figs
• dried apricots
• pumpkin seeds
• ground almonds
• chia seeds
• oats
• plant based milk
• [optional] cacao powder

recipe:
1️⃣ chop apples and add berries and dried fruit to the tray
2️⃣ mix together the seeds, ground almonds, cacao and oats and gradually add in the milk until you get a porridge-like consistency
3️⃣ bake for 20mins at 180° [160° fan] and enjoy with some plant based milk 🌱💛
✅ this recipe is awesome to prep before a busy week ahead. it’s the perfect breakfast, snack and keeps really well in the fridge. meal prep can seem like such a chore but if you find the right recipes that are cheap, easy and work well for your body then that’s the hardest bit done!! also prepping ahead means you don’t have to stress about food and stops any trips for fast, processed food (which can work out more expensive!)
✅ it’s also really important that we take time to eat our food and not rush it. by eating too fast often we don’t chew our food enough, our brain don’t realise we’ve eaten and our digestion can be affected. i’m not saying to take 20 mins to eat a sandwich, but just sitting down and taking a few minutes to really enjoy your food can make all the difference to how you digest it.

So today marks my 2 year journey 🌪️

the 11th of november 2017 i stepped foot into the gym, l had no clue what i was doing, i thought i did but looking back i seriously had no clue, fast forward 2 years and this industry has become so close to my heart. i honestly i have no clue where i'd be in life if it wasn't for this sport. my addiction and obsession for this sport has been rubbed in my face numerous times... but all i can say is that it takes me away from everything negative, to a place only a few know. this is my life and i love every second of being in the gym. it's my happiness place, my therapy 💯❤️

Reminder to self: everyone has bad days where you don't feel strong, your set ups are off somehow, you can't seem to hold your core tight, you just don't have enough time and maybe to top it all off you don't want to talk to anyone...
i think how i felt on the inside was noticeable on the outside 👀

pizza, chocolate & alcoholic beverages are not the reason you’re overweight... ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

the reason you’re overweight is because you consume too much food to the amount you expend each day! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

think of it like this...⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
you have £50 to spend... you end up spending £70. you are now in a £20 overdraft! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
