here i have chosen 6 types of carbs sources that you should be incorporating into your diet for muscle gain. these include pasta, basmati rice, bananas, white bread, dried fruit and cereal.

the reason i have chosen these 6 options is based on how filling they are relative to their alternatives. for example white bread contains more fibre then wholemeal bread therefore it becomes less filling as the fibre takes longer to digest.👌

resistance bands! i just did this for only about 20 minutes in my bedroom while watching andy griffith more and no, i didn't feel like it, but pajamas and all, and with fingerless soft gloves since i can't remember where my actual workout gloves are, i did it. make yourself. intake proper most of all. not keto either. that's starvation, junk the world needs to stop following.

If you choose to drink coconut milk, almond milk, or soy milk, instead of cow's, because of intolerance, allergies, vegan/vegetarian diet, or simply taste preferance, remember that they are not all created equally ❌

So this may not be your typical post about weight loss, but i assure you it's the closest to reality.
🔹people are getting used to seeing weight loss posts showing how drastically someone has lost weight and most often in a very short period of time. 🔺why do i have a problem with that❓

here’s a cool video from @nattyknowledge on bicep curls. are you curling like a flopping fish out of water? 😂. unfortunately, a lot of people do curl this way. the bicep curl is not an exercise where you should try to show off by lifting as much as possible. you should use a weight that is comfortable for you and use proper form so that your biceps do all the work. it doesn’t matter how much you curl. it matters how much it looks like you can curl 😉.

I’m always down...when it comes to wacky leg exercises 🤨. i really do love belt squats, and my coach @americanmeatball80 was cool enough to have me do goblet belt squats. right here i’m holding a 60lb db(dumbbell) and went from 3 plates(1st clip)to 4 plates(2nd clip) as a top set. it was a rough day in the gym but in a good way 😁. we should all try to challenge ourselves. and right now my legs are feeling like i’ve been in a car crash. a car crash on the road to gainstown usa baby.
ps: remember that the only people who don’t like training legs are people who don’t train legs often. train them often, train them with a purpose, and push yourselves!

back is a huge muscle group. to simplify things, you can essentially separate it into three main areas consisting of your lats, middle back, and lower back. these exercises are grouped with the area in which they are primarily intended to hit. however, most of these exercises will also hit other areas of your back as well. for example, dumbbell rows hit your lats but they will also hit your middle back. barbell rows will target your middle back but you will also be stimulating your lats. deadlifts definitely hit your entire back although if you do them, your lower back likely does not need any further work.

when setting up your routine, i recommend incorporating an equal amount of vertical pulling (such as pull-ups) and horizontal pulling (such as rows). the exact number of each per workout really depends on whether you’re on a full body routine, upper/lower split, or push/pull/legs.

they burn a ton of calories, preserve muscle mass, and can be done pretty much anywhere, anytime.

generally, i like a work:rest ratio of either 1:1 or 1:0.5 (really extreme, if you’re more on the advanced-side). what ratio you use primarily depends on your time, goals, and fitness level.

i highly suggest a ratio of 1:2 or more for beginners to allow for ample rest. always modify the ratios to your own level of fitness.

➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖ whether you are trying to build muscle or lose fat, you're training is important. you need to be training with intensity and you need to be training with the goal to get strong as heck. funny enough, people often think that exercise selection differs depending if you're trying to gain muscle or lose f*t and it would come as a surprise to some people that those exercises don't change all that much if at all. exercises like squats, deadlifts, pullups, chinups, incline presses, dips and pushups all are compound, multi-joint movements that burn a ton of calories whilst also stimulating the most hormonal release. these are some of the best "bang for your buck" exercises that your program should be developed around. in terms of building muscle mass, these movements are some of the best there are to do so as they work and overload the most muscle groups, they stimulate the most hormonal release, and they provide the most mechanical tension to the body. in terms of losing fat, they not only burn a ton of calories but their benefits towards building muscle will indirectly lead to a leaner physique. the most muscle you have, the more active tissue you have and the more calories you're burning at rest. no matter the goal, these are some of the best exercises you can do.

coba mulai merencanakan tidur mu nanti malam.

1. jangan minum caffein setelah jam 3-4 sore
2. jangan makan terlalu banyak di malam hari.
3. jangan minum air 2-3jam sebelum tidur.
4. jangan olahraga terlalu malam.
5. rencanakan hari esok mu.
6. pastikan suhu kamar mu 16 - 20 °c
7. jangan main hp dan laptop 1 jam sebelum tidur.
8. matikan lampu kamar.
9. usahakan tidur sebelum jam 10 malam.

-13kg in just 6 weeks in last year between november and december. mostly the body f*t was reduced, but i also lost of mucle mass.
+4kg in 6 weeks this year between january and february. i gained more muscle mass than fat.

Good day people! sudah sempetin olahraga pagi? 45 mins aja, kl masih merasa kelamaan start with 30 mins, 10 mins treadmill, the rest 20 mins cb latihan pembentukan otot, biar bakar lemaknya lebih cepet. kalo udah biasa baru masuk ke 45 mins workout, 15 mins treadmill, sisanya muscle workout

di hari pertama dan kedua, badan bakal berasa kayak ditonjokin, alias ngilu2, but itu artinya ur muscle ud lama ga dilatih, jd dia "manja", dont stop there, push further.. jamin badan bakal terasa lebih enak after a week doing it consistently

قانون ۵ در ۵
از قوانین قدیمی در بدن‌سازی هست که چون تعداد تکرار ها پایین‌ه ما میتونیم از وزنه سنگین تر استفاده بکنیم. وزنه ایی که Û¸Û° درصد قدرت اصلی ماست. مثلا اگر وزنه ما در حرکت اسکات Û²Û²Ûµ پوندی هست، پس در روش Ûµ در۵ نیاز ما برداشتن وزنه Û±Û¸Û° پوندی‌ه.
این روش بسیار در ساختن عضله کاربردی‌ه چون نتنها وزنه سنگین تر برمیداریم که عضله دچار چالش بشه بلکه ساختن عضله در مدت زمان کوتاهتری اتفاق میوفته.
همچنین فرم بدن هم بشدت در Ûµ تکرار قابل رعایت کردنه و آسیب ورزشی در این نوع تکرار ها خیلی پایین‌ه.

I remember when i first asked my crush on a date and she laughed in my face.... “who you? is this a joke? you’ve got to be kidding, sorry i don’t see you that way” - “we can be friends though..” but

things were different then..... i was skinny
i was fat

i lacked confidence and had low self esteem

but,

i still had a burning desire to be great

moments like those motivated me to workout and build muscle

they motivated me to wake up early when i didn’t feel like it

they motivated me to workout late when i was tired

and

they motivated me to never ever give up no matter what

after a year of training with my coach people noticed.... i was ripped and muscular

my shirts fit tight

and people treated me different

they respected me in a way i’d never experienced before.
it was exhilarating

and girls took notice too.... so much so they’d ask to feel my arms in class lol (talk about feeling like a piece of meat 👀) my old crush even decided to reach out and offer me a chance

but, i was no longer interested and made that clear
the look on her face was priceless
and
my self esteem was sky high 😝

but funny story aside, i want to be upfront and real with you

Just about made it, for pancake day😤🥞
that old added saying," you can't have your cake and eat it"!! but with a few added changes for example ingredients and you can💯👌🏽...
i made the batter with plain flour, pinch of salt, 2 whole eggs ( room temperature) coconut milk unsweetened ( add a little cinnamon for sweet) one scoop of collagen protein powder.. the sweet filling:
frozen raspberries with a level tspn of erithitol powder, lightly simmer on the cooker, then leave to cool. the juice will thicken up..
homemade toffee sauce with two tablespoons of erithitol, a square of butter and coconut milk ( you can use double cream, but more calories are in the cream)
topped with fresh blueberries, which we know are great antioxidants..
no ice cream, but you can use #halotopicecream which is roughly 320 calories per tub.
the savoury filling:
cherry plum tomatoes , chopped corriander and diced spring onions, cooked in the oven
sliced chestnut mushrooms( chestnut mushrooms are very rich in vitamin d) lightly sauted in the pan with a tspn of the coconut milk, season with salt, pepper and parsley
baked avocado for the last topping, with a tspn of light mayonnaise.... so delicious 🤤🥞💯👌🏽😍❤
