Here is a change of direction drill called the pro shuttle.

there are 3 cones. the two outside cones being 10 yards apart and the other cone in the middle.

start at the middle then sprint to one side change direction and go to the other cone then change direction and sprint past the middle cone.

i did 4x1 each each way.

make sure to put high intensity into evert rep.

Meal prepping

something i’ve recently been doing the past few months is meal prepping. the only times when i think about cheating or going for something that’s not in my diet is when i feel lazy and don’t want to cook. with meal prep, it eliminates that excuse for you, thus allowing you to stay on track.

cooking everyday can definitely get tiring and tedious. trust me, i know, i’ve been there. but i’m telling you this will make your life a lot easier.
.
pick a day in the week where you have 1-2 hours of free time where you can cook your food for the next couple of days. personally, when i get a new stock of fresh veggies, i cut them all up and put them in a tupperware as seen in the picture. then, when i want to eat all i have to do is slide the already cut veggies into the pan and cook the rest of my dinner.
.
it’s so easy and quick it’s unbelievable. highly recommend doing meal prep not only for the sake of saving time but also to stay in track with your diet.

very well done by ben arfa to cut away from dimaria and get out of pressure quickly and smoothly.

this cruyff cut can be worked on using a freestyle box (as shown). the goal is to unconsciously be able to pull off a cruyff when you need to change direction.

1️⃣set yourself up a 10 x 10 box.
2️⃣dribble around the box with the insides and outsides of your feet.
3️⃣when you need to turn, use the cruyff turn only.
4️⃣work for 30 seconds as fast as you can, rest for 45 seconds.
5️⃣repeat for 3-8 sets.
