guys, sebagai konsumen yang pintar jangan jadi donatur untuk membership gym aja ya. sayang banget uangnya dibuang-buang. coba jujur sama diri sendiri aja, kalau memang belum bisa komitmen mending uangnya disimpen aja atau didonasiin ke orang yang lebih berguna. gym membership akan sangat worth it kalau kalian pakai dengan bijak dan efektif. nggak perlu muluk2 dulu harus gym di tempat yang kece di mall, mending belajar dulu atur waktu untuk workout di rumah dan maksimalin semua alat yang kamu ada di rumah.

tapi aku udah daftar gym kak, ada aja yang bikin ga bisa ke gym sibuk banget.
well, coba dipikir lagi. hidup kita mostly diatur dengan sekolah/kuliah dan kerja. ada jam kerja yang bikin kita harus masuk tepat waktu, kalau telat kenapa marah dosen atau potong gaji buat yang kantornya ketat banget. itu yang bikin kita terikat dengan peraturan yang ada, beda dengan gym yang kalian bebas kapan aja dateng jadi ya gitu deh, mau mager/diajak temen nongkrong, gym bukan prioritas. .
gimana kalau kamu buat gym punya schedule dan peraturan seperti sekolah/kerja? i can say, it will make everything better. berusaha jujur sama sendiri dan bikin schedule kamu untuk gym. misal kamu cuman mampu 2x seminggu ke gym, ya udah bikin jadwal pasti hari apa aja, jam apa aja dan disiplin sama diri sendiri. nggak perlu muluk2 langsung atur 5x seminggu tapi boro2 dateng 5x, seminggu 1x dateng aja udah syukur ya. kalau kalian udah bikin schedule itu, urusan lainnya udah bukan jadi prioritas lagi. ada temen ajakin hang-out, jangan bilang “wah hari itu schedule gw gym.” bisa diketawain pasti. diem aja, bilang ada urusan mereka pasti ngerti kok.

Poor quality pic cause my apartment lighting is rubbish but i want to rant a bit about something!! so i bought a few pairs of pants recently online including a pair of mom style jeans marketed as "curve love" style which is meant to for curvier bodies without gaping at the waist. and sure, they fit my waist but they were so tight on the legs and glutes and it just makes me wonder whose bodies they were designed for????? i know there are women with more curves than me out there and it just seems wild to me to market something as "curve love" when i can hardly get them past my thighs 😂 and sizing up would've left me with an extra inch or so in the waist. the struggle is real lol open to denim suggestions that don't cost a fortune... so far i like hollister jeggings and topshop joni/jamie jeans the best.

👉there’s two main mistakes that you’ll want to avoid if you’re trying to build shoulders as wide as the plot of game of thrones:
firstly: elevating your shoulder blades up and as such overusing your traps. this is a great idea... if you want to build big traps. terrible idea if you are looking to sculpt your shoulders. next time you hit lateral raises, aim to keep your shoulders blades down to the best of your ability and focus in on initiating the exercise with your side delt🔥

This is a great way to open up your hips while building strength. let's be real, we are a society that sits - a lot. and that equals tight hips. i know that in my past tight hips had a huge effect on me. it caused back pain, make me stiff, caused knee pain, and well made moving less easy (and that made me feel old when i wasn't lol). but, it is possible to workout those hips and get them feeling good. .

after having fractured my hip when i was younger, they are truly getting so much better now that i care for them with exercise which makes moving so much more enjoyable. if my hips can get better so can yours! here are some intervals that can help. save this workout to do and share it if you know someone it could help. to the end tight hips 😄! .

intervals: 4 rounds. 35 sec work. 10 sec rest.
