Hello, i’m anne-rose.
my passion in fitness started 5 years ago after my first child when i was struggling to lose the post pregnancy weight and get back to my normal shape. therefore, i started exploring and doing lots of home workouts by myself. i quickly realised the profound benefits it had to my health and well-being and benefiting my whole family also.
training kept me happy, energetic, very focused and clear minded.
with this growing passion and the positive impact it has on my family, i’ve decided that i want to learn fitness from professionals and graduate from the australian institute of personal trainers. 
my goal is to improve other’s lives supporting their physical and mental health. i’m confident that when you adopt a consistent exercise routine, you will see and feel the benefits straight away.
i’m a genuine, well rounded personal trainer and i love exploring all different types of fitness. i especially like combining pilates & yoga in my training to support our r.o.m , i like cardio and hiit training and i like to do some weight lifting...i’m pretty much love all kind of workout. 
as a coach,  i want my clients to know they’re well supported, will be kept accountable and together with my passion and their motivation to be their best, we can achieve their health and fitness goals.

vi scrivo direttamente dal parrucchiere 💆‍♀️ dove sto facendo un trattamento all'acido ialuronico per recuperare i disastri che avevo sui capelli 🙊
come avrete visto dalle storie, stamattina ho fatto una super colazione con una nuovissima ricetta, la rivisitazione in chiave light della mia cosa preferita al mondo, la crostata di mamma 🥧
ieri non ero molto convinta del risultato, ed invece mi sono stupita di me stessa, è venuta buona, morbida, fragrante e super speziata!!
stasera vi pubblico la ricetta 🍽
intanto vi dico già che è una ricetta zero...
ma zero cosa? zuccheri? grassi? lattosio?
chi indovina? ğŸ˜Ž

ingredienti:
• 2 tuorli d'uovo
• 100 gr di burro light ( al 50% di grassi in meno)
• 1 cc di lievito
• aroma di vaniglia
• marmellata sz aggiunti ( io ho scelto quella di @stevias_bio_mondo dolcificata con stevia)
• 200 gr di farina integrale ( io ho usato la semola integrale bio di @terretradizioni )
procedimento:
mescolate tutti gli ingredienti, mettete metà impasto nella teglia, farcite con la marmellata e sbriciolate sopra l'altra metà dell'impasto.
infornate a 180 gradi per 30 minuti.

Goooooood morningggg!!! when was the last time you were truly uncomfortable? i realize when i find myself searching for a goal what i’m really searching for is discomfort! i’m searching for that feeling of being challenged, overcoming that discomfort day after day. i think that’s why i love bodybuilding so much and “cutting”. sure i get ripped and it’s fun to look at but what i love the most is the mental challenge! i love proving to myself i can accomplish something that most go a lifetime without being able to accomplish! 🏋🏻‍♀️🌱🥦🥗💪🏽

Yoga 🧘‍♀️🌸 - eller bare smidigheds/stræk øvelser ☝️ det har lige fra starten været vigtigt for mig at holde min smidighed og mobilitet trods en masse styrke træning.

vi er fra naturens side udstyret vidt forskelligt med hensyn til smidighed. fra den stive fodboldspiller til gymnastikpigen, som uden problemer går i spagat. 🤸‍♀️ men trods de medfødte forudsætninger kan man træne sig til meget ☝️ pigerne er oftes de mest smidige — men de så også oftes de flittigste til at stække ud 😅

et par gode råd 🌸 -hold strækket min 20-30 sekunder. -stræk musklen langsomt -gentag strækket — gerne mange gange -undgå at kom for hurtigt ind og ud af øvelsen. -hold ikke vejret, mens du strækker
-slap så vidt muligt af i alle muskler, mens du strækker (også selvom det føles som om dit ben er ved at falde af)

Io devo sempre ricominciare.
non continuo mai.
nel momento in cui la palestra inizia ad andare come dico io ed inizio ad apprezzare i miei risultati succede qualcosa.
l'infortunio al ginocchio, le due ricadute, le varie influenze, le sessioni di esami, ed ora l'ultima, la tonsillite e le punture (😭).
chiaro che se stai ferma e a letto senza poter uscire per 3 settimane il tuo corpo cambia, perché ti annoi, perché sei sola e quindi mangi, perché non ti muovi.
e poi ricominci, ricominci perché devi ricominciare, per te stessa e per quello che desideri ottenere.
e ti pesa, oh quanto ti pesa allenarti con la metà dei carichi e sentire il doppio della fatica di 3 settimane fa.
ma lo fai, a testa bassa, stanca da morire, perché quei carichi torneranno, quel feeling tornerà ed in fondo va bene così, è il viaggio che conta, non il risultato.

oggi vi propongo una super nuova ricetta, croccante, sfiziosa, golosa facile e veloce da preparare ( circa 10 minuti) e con soli quattro 💥 ingredienti.

🌺ingredienti:
- 60 gr di riso soffiato
- 130 gr di burro di arachidi
- 30 gr di miele
- 80 gr di cioccolato fondente
🌺procedimento:
unite riso soffiato, miele🍯 e burro di arachidi, metteteli in una teglia da forno non troppo grande (io ne ho scelta una quadrata) e formate uno strato alto 1 cm circa.
riponete in frigo per 40 minuti.🕛
fate sciogliere il cioccolato fondente🍫 a bagno maria, versatelo sui vostri cereali e in frigo per almeno 2h.🕛
tagliate e servite 🤤 .

volevo preparare qualcosa di rapido, facile e quasi monoporzione per evitare gli sprechi (infatti con questa ricetta sono venuti 6 muffin)!
oltre ad essere super carini e nutrienti sono super buoni ma...riuscite ad indovinare l'ingrediente che li ha resi così? ğŸ˜Ž

e la consistenza umida è un altro super indizio

ha soli 6 ingredienti!!
ingredienti:
• 200 gr di farina • 200 ml di latte senza lattosio
• 30 ml di olio di semi di girasole
• 30 ml di miele
• 30 gr di cioccolato fondente
• 2 cucchiai di burro di arachidi
• 1 cc di lievito
procedimento:
in una ciotola unire tutti gli ingredienti tranne il cioccolato, mescolare bene fino ad ottenere un impasto morbido.
aggiungete il cioccolato tagliuzzato grossolanamente e infornate a 180 gradi per circa 30 minuti.

I used to eat too much and i'd never gain volume(size) always had an average/ skinny build no matter how much i ate but the scale kept going up.
now at my size i can't seem to eat enough and force feeding is a necessity to stay where i'm at. now it looks like im having the opposite problem, not that im complaining, but i seem to be getting bigger by the day but my weight is slow to follow.

"אחרי החגים אני אחזור לעצמי"...מספיק עם זה ודי. למה לחכות לאחרי החגים? למה לא לנצל את תקופת החגים להתאמן קצת יותר? לא יזיק לנו לאזן את לו"ז הארוחות הצפוף.. לא לשכוח כמה אנחנו גאות בעצמנו אחרי אימון ולא לשכוח כמה אנחנו מרגישות רע כשאנחנו לא מתאמנות, כמה קשה לחזור להתאמן אחרי תקופה שקצת הזנחנו, אין מה לעשות הגוף שלנו זוכר הכל. סדר עדיפויות, ניהול זמן נכון. להחליט ופשוט להתאמן, לאהוב את עצמכן קצת יותר.

כשהפכתי למאמנת כושר לפני 7 חודשים לא האמנתי שאני אזכה להכיר כל כך הרבה נשים מדהימות שכל אחת תכנס לי ללב בצורה כזו, כל אחת והסיפור שלה, הדרך שלה והייחודיות שלה, היום כשישבתי לעטוף לכל אחת את המתנה שלה לכבוד השנה החדשה התרגשתי בטירוף באמת שלא האמנתי שזה יקרה בצורה כזו וכל כך מהר. העבודה קשה, ההתמודדות היומיומית, להתמלא באנרגיה חדשה לקראת כל אחת שתכנס לסטודיו, לחזק אותה, לדחוף אותה, לגרום לה להאמין שזה קורה והיא תגיע למטרה, לא לוותר לה, להקשיב לה תוך כדי מה עובר עליה בחיים האישיים שלה, לשתף אותה, להתחבר, לפרק ביחד את השגרה ולצאת מהסטודיו עם כוחות מחודשים. "כמעט ביטלתי בדקה התשעים והחלטתי שלא אוותר ואני שמחה שבאתי ועשיתי את זה " - אני שומעת את זה על בסיס יומי, אני יודעת כמה זה קשה כמה לפעמים זה הדבר האחרון שמתחשק לעשות אחרי יום קשה, לילה בלי שינה או כל סיבה אחרת.  תודה שאתן מאמינות בי אתן רק נותנות לי כח לדחוף אתכן לפיסגה.

oggi vi voglio parlare della pizza proteica di @prozisitalia che ho provato ieri a pranzo!
ho aspettato oggi perché volevo vedere se mi dava problemi allo stomaco visto che soffro di colite.
allora, per prima cosa mi sento di dire che è tanta hahaha ho fatto fatica a mangiarne metà ( l'altra metà l'ha mangiata mamma, che la approva 🤪) ma è davvero buonissima! 😍🤤 la base è molto soffice e per niente stoppacciosa o asciutta! e i macros sono il 🔝 poi non ha ❌ assolutamente sapori o odori chimici ( neanche da cruda) e la cosa più importante è che 🥁🥁🥁 si digerisce super facilmente!! già mi immaginavo la colite tornare, e invece non mi ha dato alcun fastidio! sono troppo soddisfatta e la ricompreró sicuramente ğŸ˜Žâ¤

✨shape shake o whey protein??✨

una delle domande più frequenti che ricevo (soprattutto quando mostro nelle storie le colazioni preparate con i prodotti di foodspring) è su quale sia la differenza tra lo shapeshake e le whey protein di foodspring (o le whey in generale).

entrambe contengono le proteine del siero del latte, ma lo shsk (a differenza delle wp) contiene la gomma xantano come additivo addensante e l’ inulina che è una fibra altamente saziante!😍

io preferisco di gran lunga gli shsk perché i frullati vengono ancor più morbidi e cremosi (se aggiungete, oltre che il latte, anche qualche pezzetto di frutta congelata vedrete che spettacolo!). se voi a casa invece avete le wp, vi basterà aggiungere la gomma di xantano e frullare tutto insieme. ☺️

per chi mi ha chiesto se lo shape shake è un sostituto del pasto, vi dico no! potete utilizzarlo come snack, post allenamento o come integratore proteico per raggiungere il vostro apporto proteico giornaliero. 😄

✨ma quanto sei ingrassata? ma non ti vergogni? ... no.✨ ebbene sì.. nonostante io abbia creato questo profilo per aiutare altre ragazze che come me hanno sempre avuto problemi di autostima, e per spronare chi non riesce a rimettersi in gioco dopo una caduta, sono la prima ad essere scivolata e a non aver trovato il modo di reagire. nel giro di soli cinque mesi per 10.000 motivi sono arrivata ad ingrassare quasi 30 kg.. non ho vissuto un bel periodo, è stato difficile ma sento di esserne uscita grazie alla presenza del mio amore grande e del supposto delle mie amicizie più forti.
spesso succede di esser giudicate, criticate e prese in giro perché magari abbiamo qualche chilo in più, perché i pantaloni stanno stretti o perché dalla maglia si intravede un rotolino.. io non mi vergogno di come sono perché questo è il mio nuovo punto di partenza!

At first, people will doubt you. family will doubt you.
all you can do is keep yourself grounded with your goals.

when i started lifting my family thought it was a blessing. but the second i got serious with meal preparation and what went into my diet it became obsessive to them.
i couldn't eat what my own mother prepared for the family for years, i had to cook all my meals myself and thus offended my traditional chinese mother.
all you can do is stay grounded to your goal.
in time the results of it all began to stack up. family went from trying to corrupt my eating habits to boasting about me to relatives.
stay the course even if it's hard, others don't want you to succeed as much as you do and they will try to get you to stop if it's convenient for them.

Un'altra stagione sportiva è finita. si perché per la maggior parte inizia oggi... "la #palestra"(😩🤣🤣) dopo anni che la frequento e che faccio questo lavoro ai miei occhi la sala pesi è un via vai di vite, di energia, di emozioni.
vedo ragazzi crescere (e non solo muscolarmente...), ragazze con poca autostima acquistare sicurezza (e tirar fuori una grinta in #allenamento da far invidia a un maschietto...), donne e uomini che ogni giorno decidono di inserire nella loro vita una sana abitudine, un rito per "guarire" #corpo e mente.
nascono simpatie,amicizie,amori. cresce la stima,il rispetto, la collaborazione... si è creato un ambiente sano, dove si cura il corpo e anche la mente. dove si pensa a se stessi, senza escludere gli altri. un piccolo "guscio" dove il "brutto" si lascia fuori.
un po' come una famiglia 😊🙏

domani torno a casa.
torno a casa con più consapevolezza, torno a casa con tanti nuovi obbiettivi e con la voglia di riprendere in mano il percorso che mesi fa per vari motivi ho trascurato.
per raggiungere la consapevolezza della nostra forza e dei nostri limiti purtroppo a volte bisogna toccare il fondo.
cadere e rialzarsi sono passaggi necessari..

mettersi in gioco vuol dire anche perdere.
arrendersi è facile, è quasi un sollievo.
rialzarsi richiede coraggio, ed io oggi sento di averne tanto. ho imparato che qualsiasi sfida incontrerai nella tua vita, per quanto sarà difficile, tu potrai vincerla e superarla. qualsiasi problema ha sempre almeno una soluzione e a volte anche più di una.. sta a noi cercarla e trovarla. so per certo, anche se non ti conosco, che puoi fare grandi cose. puoi affrontare le difficoltà senza mollare, insistendo per trovare una soluzione.
puoi vivere i problemi con fiducia, senza lasciarti influenzare negativamente dalle difficoltà e risolverli tutti.
.
sono percorsi difficili, sono percorsi importanti, sono percorsi che toccano nel profondo ma che all fine del percorso ci rendono felici ed orgogliosi delle persone che siamo!
bisogna ricordare sempre che quando ci si muove nella direzione dei propri obiettivi, niente e nessuno ci può fermare.

✨voi non avete idea della carica che mi date!✨ giorno dopo giorno state crescendo sempre di più qui sul mio profilo, ed in contemporanea cresce anche la mia "ansia da prestazione"! ehhh si.. perché non è facile mettersi in piazza mostrando paure e fragilità. eppure io sono sempre più felice di aver intrapreso questo percorso insieme a tutti voi, perché penso che possa portarmi tanto lontano e che sia solo l'inizio.

☝️an effective alternative to the more famous barbell squat is the cable squat, also called knee bends with cable where you use cable with weight instead of a barbell. if the regular squat is a bit too heavy for you in terms of performance, or you don't have a squat rack or spotter, the cable squat is a welcome alternative.

How to do the cable chest fly with perfect form

set the pulleys on a dual-cable machine to chest height, and stand between the two stacks. grab the handles.

keeping your back straight and core engaged, raise your arms out to your sides, palms facing forward, and walk a step or two forward in order to create tension on the cables. stand with one foot in front of the other.

bend your elbows slightly, making sure not to let them travel behind your shoulders. this is your starting position.

pull your hands toward each other in wide arcs in front of you, pausing when your hands touch before slowly returning to the starting position. alternate your forward foot with each set
