Inte trodde jag detta skulle hända för bara ett år sen. jag var mitt uppe i min karriär av tävlingar i bodyfitness, mitt eget företagande som personlig tränare, fitnesscoach, modell, tv- & filmjobb och researrangör världen runt.
just då korsades mina vägar av en person med världens största hjärta och en personlighet som jag inte kunde släppa. och nu är jag här, mer än halvvägs in i min första graviditet, vilket såklart känns helt fantastiskt!

Не поспоришь, сегодня спорт и здоровый образ жизни - очень модно, и я искренне этому рада )) «wellness – концепция здорового способа жизни, основанная на физическом и ментальном здоровье и отсутствии вредных привычек» Это главный тренд , который все больше набирает обороты.

Итак, тренды 2020:

1. Будут появляться все больше индивидуальных wellness-коучей, которые смогут подбирать для каждого клиента индивидуальный план занятий и питания. Главное – следовать режиму.

Уже сейчас современные персональные тренера получают дипломы нутрициологов и составляют для клиентов программы питания, помимо программ тернировок.
Онлайн коуч оказывает всестороннюю поддержку и помогает клиенту придерживаться рекомендаций и двигаться к поставленным целям, разрабатывает программы с учетом ценностей, потребностей, ожиданий, стремлений и целей каждого клиента.

Ведь мы то уже знаем, что одним только спортом ничего не добиться, поэтому тренировки важно сочетать с правильным питанием.

2) высокоинтенсивные тренировки, которые в среднем длятся 30-40 минут.
Современному человеку за день необходимо переделать миллион разных дел, а времени на это всего 24 часа. Иногда крайне сложно выкроить время для похода в спортзал. Поэтому hiit (или ВИИТ) – высокоинтенсивный тренинг, который дает настолько мощную нагрузку на все группы мышц, что для получения эффекта заниматься можно всего 30 минут. В ВИИТ чередуются кардио и силовые нагрузки, за счет чего сжигание калорий продолжается даже после того, как вы закончили тренировки. К тому же, силовые упражнения помогают наращивать мышцы, вытесняя жир.

3) Боди - балет (барре)- Это комплекс упражнений на основе классической хореографии, состоящий из хореографических па, упражнений на растяжку и аэробных элементов. Относится к танцевальной тренировке, направленой, в первую очередь, на развитие гибкости, растяжку, эластичности мышц. 
Занятия боди-балета проходят под классическую музыку. Тем самым вы достигаете как физического совершенства, так и духовного.

Remember a few weeks ago when i couldn’t stop raving about true grit society in uptown? it was one of my all time favorite stops in my tour de fitness so far…and they just reached out to me inviting me to this special event they are hosting! and well like a true blabber mouth - i couldn’t keep this quiet. 🤩

it’s a free kids class ya’ll! i couldn’t be more excited because i’m always thrilled when i hear of opportunities to show my kids the importance of being active and how they can make it fun! the class is roughly 60 minutes and they will show them fun excersizes, take them through obstacle courses and mama you don’t even have to pack snacks as they will have those too. oh and need i remind you it will be blustery on saturday - so get the kids out of the house and let the instructors wear them out for free 😎can i get a hallelujah?!🙌

Anything to make you feel better when your sick! .

so i been sick this past week with alexa.
we both had different symptoms. she had a cough runny nose, fever. i had swollen glands and stuffed up sinuses! 😷🤒 ugh not fun for either of us.
i tried everything ! so i figured why not try @dripfit too! (it works for everything else!) usually when i get sick my glands swell really bad. this time i think they stayed at a minimum. bonus polar ice helped my sinuses!
better this week back on the regular schedule and more drip fit coming! .

love this stuff the longer i have it. use it for everything!

Did you know i used to be so shy that people asked my parents if i could talk? ⁣

yeah…and now i have a business that requires me to talk to people. so what changed?! ⁣

well, i’ll be honest. talking to people does not come naturally to me… which is probably pretty obvious since people didn’t know i could talk. 🤔⁣

this was actually one of my biggest fears and issues when i started my business as a coach. on one hand, i was so grateful i could grow my business online! but on the other hand, i still needed to talk to people, and i tried but i was so bad at it. 😦⁣

conversation is something that i really had to learn. i still struggle to this day and fumble over my words when i speak to people on the phone or on video - lol! so if you aren’t a natural communicator, please know that it’s ok! ⁣

what i found was that i could be successful anyway, because what matters most is what is in my heart, and people that i speak to, even if i s***w it all up, know my heart because it shines through. it shines through that i care what they are saying even if i’m not always eloquent in my responses (or quick…i am so slow!) ⁣

moral of the story - stop letting your fears hold you back. ♥️

there’s only one difference, and that’s the story that you’re telling yourself of why you can’t do something.⁣


change. your. narrative. ⁣

👉🏼 “i don’t feel well today, so maybe i’ll just go for a quick walk instead...”⁣

here are a couple things i want you to try next time you feel this coming on:⁣


1️⃣ 5,4,3,2,1 method. give yourself a 5 second countdown to get going. (thank you to @melrobbins for this.)⁣


2️⃣ think about how you feel afterwards. no one ever went to the gym and said “why did i do that.” remember the endorphins. remember how focused you were at work. remember how much less “stiff” your body feels.⁣


3️⃣ hire a coach. don’t think, just do. get someone to hold your 🍑 accountable! works. every. time. ⁣


you have to find what works for you, because using what karen from down the street did to lose 30 lbs in 2 days probaaaaaably won’t cut it.⁣


do something that you enjoy.⁣
do something sustainable.⁣
do something for you. ⁣

I was talking to a fellow mom with young kids this morning and the topic of dresses came up 👗 -

i know random 🤪 but i loved that we were on the same page. we talked about how we pretty much only wear pants/jeans to church, never dresses, simply bc of our kids.. -

we are constantly having to pick them up, put them down, squat down to do something for them, they are constantly pulling on you and the list goes on... -

i don’t know about you, but for us, these tasks are practically impossible to in a dress, without letting someone see something they don’t want to 😝

am i right, or am i right? -

so we always choose pants 🤷🏼‍♀️ -

this is one of the many reasons i’m absolutely obsessed with our everywhere pants!! i wear them almost every sunday to church. they can be dressed up and very look nice, while being super stretchy, comfy, and durable with kids. they are water & wrinkle resistant, which makes them very easy to clean and wipe off when you’re out and someone gets something dirty & sticky on your pants. just wipe them off with a little water & you’re good to go 😁 it’s like wearing workout pants, but feeling better and more put together (you fellow moms get me 😉) •

In october i started (technically restarted) my fitness journey. this time i know i am going to do better than before because i'm learning, and i hope to create long-term results, so i'm not crash dieting or doing any fads. i'm looking to figure out what works best for me, so not only will i be healthy/fit, but i'll be happy.

i'm learning it's not just a physical situation it is also a mental situation. i'm also learning how to love whatever body i am in because i know first hand how age/pregnancy/hormones/sickness & injuries can change the human body.
.
i also know i want to be healthy, so i can try my best to be around for everything my son will do (sports/arts/whatever makes him happy) because i know first hand how much it sucks to have a sick parent and worry about them all the time. .
so this is my new beginning, and i'm excited! .

I did pretty good!! i ended up doing about two and a half hours earlier today at the gym of #intense #cardio so that i could drop some #weight and #gain more #muscle in places that i've been struggling to get to but it's all good #hardwork and it's for my health!
it's also to keep me #healthy but it's also because i want these #goals and these goals are what i look forward to from myself.
it's important that you set time aside for yourself throughout the day, whether 30 minutes or an hour, as long as you're taking a little bit of time for yourself, it really does help a lot!
i had to slow down to text but that was so that i could share my story times with you guys!

perform as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes.

rest only when needed. take more rest if you are a beginner or getting back into fitness. .

Monday who? lol it's a regular day as always but today is the last day of deload.. finished off with conventional deadlifts. decided to take a break from sumos. . i was worried that i wouldn't be able to pull this 275lbs because last time i did conventional deadlifts i was stuck at 265lbs i believe 🤔 or 255lbs i dont f*****g remember lol that's how long i haven't been doing them. surprisingly, i did 3 reps 🏋️‍♀️

came a little earlier this time. didnt want to max out or anything. even though i wanted to squat 300lbs.i just decided to focused on reps instead. also 275lbs felt heavy..& i always say that i'm going to do a deload week and never do. this time i have to.. gives me time to recovery. i do have to go back to finish my workout though. forgot that the daycare at the gym close for two hours🙄 so i didnt have the time to finish the rest.
