*** sneak peek!*** this is a clip of my practice run-through for my pilates + yoga flow shoot. pardon some of the poor bridge forms - this was after about 2 hours straight of running through my routine and trying various sequences back to back! side note: it’s a lots dang harder than i thought to bridge on such narrow and slippery surfaces !! haha. (and yes, i am fully aware that my elbows are hyperextended ... i was a little tired 🤪). can’t wait for the final edits and the full video which i will be posting just as soon as i finish my new christa pilates website !! sooo excited!!!! i can truly say that my work is the best part of my day- i feel so beyond fortunate and thankful to have found my absolute purpose and passion in life 💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖
