Happy monday hope everyone had a great weekend :) started my week off great by spending time with the fam, killing a leg workout at the gym and also did some homework!! today was a good day ! i always try to start my monday’s with a fresh new mindset, it puts me in a way better mood and it also gets me excited for the week. what did u guys get up to this weekend ??

This weather is realllllly killin my motivation to go to the gym lately. i’ve only worked out 3x in the past 2 weeks 😅💀 i’ve felt so unmotivated and just flat out lazy. it’s so easy to skip a workout to just let your body recover but then that one rest day turns into 2 and so forth😰 -

✅📖my response -
there are 3 things that you need to keep in check starting today - .
1️⃣ workouts - start going to the gym (if you are enrolled in one) or start doing home 🏡 workouts (plenty on my page #iwillgetleanworkouts ) 5-6 times a week. even if you don’t feel like it, wear activewear, shoes everything and just go walk on the treadmill. make it a point to show up.
.
2️⃣. nutrition - instead of eating out 5/6 times a week - fix one day where you will eat outside. for the other days, start prepping meals at home. make a protein dish, stir fry veggies & cook rice/quinoa. eat this for your major meals. .
3️⃣. sleep - with all the hardwork in the gym & in the kitchen, you will be tired & sore. get 7-9 hours of sleep everyday. sleep early if you have morning classes.
.
🤍finally your mindset is the driving force to making this experience positive and successful. currently you feel sick & worried of your weight gain and habits. once you take the above 3 steps you will feel more positive as you are taking action to making it work for you. 📩dm me here if it gets too hard or if you have questions.

A obvious tip but one completely forgotten by most when training chest is to use proper technique .
.

a partial bench press doesn’t work your chest through a full range of motion, as much as you may be able to press more weight, it’s not doing much for you in terms of size and strength .
.

touch your gym shirt on the way down, lock your elbows at the top even if this means lowering the weight if you have to, who cares if joe bloggs can lift 50kg more than you if he has a chest like a swan ?! .
.

also set realistic goals! the average guy will gain maximum 2lb of lean muscle a month (non steroid) there’s nothing you can do to accelerate this process, you need to be patient and keep chipping at it! .
.
and lastly be patient! especially if you’re still a teen, your body is still developing and there’s not a chance you will get the same thick or wide developed chest of a 30year old if you’re only 15! build the foundation and be patient, your chest will change as you get older, and if you stick to correct form and do things right by the time you hit your mid 20s you’ll be surpassing him ! .

frauen erhoffen sich davon eine schlanke, straffe silhouette ohne berge von muskeln und verzichten daher oft auf die formenden effekte von muskelaufbautraining zu gunsten von vielen wiederholungen❗️
was ist also dran an den erwartungen❓

dieses training bezieht sich hauptsächlich auf das training deiner stoffwechselprozesse in deinen muskelzellen❗️
frauen setzen allerdings das wort stoffwechsel häufig automatisch mit dem fettstoffwechsel gleich - es gibt aber noch andere stoffwechselprozesse im körper❗️
👉 in diesem fall beziehen sie sich auf die anlieferung von nährstoffreichen und sauerstoffreichem frischen blut und der abtransport von restprodukten wie z.b. laktat❗️
du trainierst mit kraftausdauerttaining also den austausch von nährstoffen und reststoffen in deiner muskelzellen❗️
das heißt sie können länger arbeiten und sind auch nach kürzerer pause wieder fit❗️
ein optisches ergebnis könntest du mit dieser trainingsform ebenfalls bekommen - allerdings ist es deutlich schwieriger mit kraftausdauer zum muskelaufbau zu gelangen, da lange vor dem dafür notwendigen muskelversagen
das brennen einsetzt (ein zeichen, dass deine zellen mit dem austausch der stoffe überfordert sind)❗️
und dieses wird in richtung muskelversagen so stark, dass du sicher vorher abbrichst❗️

Today was a good day... 🥰. ✨ it's crazy what happens when you get organized and start out your day with a positive mindset and a morning routine. today i realized that it had everything to do with either changing the way i thought about something or changing the situation because, we do have choices. 🙏 waking up daily and remembering what your grateful for is game-changing; life-changing.

I love this sport. i really fkn do. and you know what, if you want to do well at this sport you will have to love it too. it’s not easy, it never really will be. but that’s what makes it so d**n good. you can’t just jump into this and think to do well, it takes years of preparation before you even decide to start a prep. and then the prep well thats whole other ball game, but no matter what learn to love it in all its challenges.

Keeping fit shouldn't have to be a chore...so great when you find a workout you can enjoy!! i had a great workout this morning at dance space 88 with a little tribute to the dance movie center stage 😊 serena is a truly amazing teacher able to cater effortlessly for total beginners and those with some dance experience. such a beautiful welcoming group of ladies and we have a massive giggle every week! i seriously hang out for my tuesday mornings now 😁 if you've been thinking about giving dance a go you should absolutely get in touch with serena!
