The journey of 1,000 miles begins with one step. that ties into my life in a big way, about one year i was still contemplating making a youtube. i was always making excuses like oh i need to be more shredded first, i need a better camera first, or anything to prevent myself from the unknown. one day i just said to myself the ducks aren't always going to all be aligned perfectly i need to do this, because it's what's i want to do (spread laughter/positivity/my experiences). today i realize it was one of the greatest things i've ever done, and that i now have a massive group of amazing people who preach healthy lifestyle/positivity through my channels. truly blessed, but the moral of the story is if you love something just go out and give it your best shot. how do you know for sure you can't be the one to succeed, even if your passion is something very hard/different go for it. #fitnessmotivation#abs#shredded#gym#fitness#summer#aesthetic#takethefirststep#fitfam

You can't do it? yes, you can do it. scared of what people will say or feeling uncomfortable? well to create real change, you need to get comfortable with being uncomfortable. at least for a little while your body transitions and gets used to going back to the way it was designed to feel in the first place. because living on too many animal products, processed foods, fast foods, gmos obviously aren't working or doing the trick. they actually lead the body to an acidic state, weight gain and obesity, inflammation, constipation, soreness, depression, sickness and chronic disease. we don't want that. we don't want to be backed up, down and tired all the time feeling hopeless. we need to retrain the brain. instead of filling your cart with animal products, dead empty calorie boxed and canned foods, fill your cart with life! instead of buying the same fruit over and over buy and try new fruit. instead of buying one bunch of bananas buy three or four! instead of eating a plate full of animals in the morning which beats up digestion and energy flow first thing in the morning, try a half a watermelon with a spoon or a green juice to energize and hydrate a body thats made up of mostly water. who cares what people say, you are in charge of your health and your happiness. the only thing keeping you from your health goals is the same story and bs excuses you keep telling yourself. living bodies need living foods to feel life and vitality, not burgers, doritos and poptarts.that is all. as always the intention of the message is sent with love. how about the size of that coconut tho!? โœŒ๐Ÿผโค#onelove

@syattfitness has some of the most informative and well put together fitness content at the moment and you should give him a follow if you have not already. here is a recent post he made which is in line with what i always say about bulking and cutting. the difference between them is not nearly as complicated as people make it and here is a simple idea he had that works with either bulking or cutting but with a slight twist. - if you're cutting and struggling with hunger, you could try having a protein shake prior to your actual meal so that you begin eating on a slightly fuller stomach which should hopefully cause you to eat less. - if you're bulking and struggling to get in extra calories, you can squeeze in a protein shake after your meal to get in some easier calories. - overall, whether you're gaining or losing weight doesn't come down to meal frequency, meal timing, or even the food choices you make (although you should eat healthy). primarily, it comes down to the amount of calories and macros you are eating. - do macros confuse you? are you having trouble setting up your diet and routine for your goals? check out my e-book by clicking the link in my bio. 25% off sale extended through this weekend. use code save25 and check out yesterday's post for more details ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ
