ingredients:
-1 pound ground turkey.
-2 pounds ground beef.
-32 oz riced cauliflower.
-1 chopped green pepper.
-1 chopped red pepper.
-1 chopped yellow onion.
-26 oz chopped tomatoes.
-1 small can beef broth.
-1 tbsp avocado oil.
-2 tbsp tomato paste.
-1 oz 100% cacao bakers chocolate.
-salt and pepper to taste. -1/4 tsp cinnamon.
-2.5 tbsp chili powder.
-1 tbsp ground cumin.
-1/4 tsp crushed red pepper.
- 2 or 3 cloves minced garlic.
-1/2 tsp paprika.
directions:
1. place chopped peppers and onion in large pan with avocado oil. sauté until onions are translucent.
2. place can of beef broth, cooked veggies, and riced cauliflower into crockpot.
3. brown turkey and beef in same pan, being sure drain the f*t once it’s brown. place beef in crockpot.
4. add in chopped tomatoes and tomato paste and stir.
3. add in garlic and seasonings and stir.
4. leave on high in crock p*t until edges are bubbling.
5. 1.5 hours before eating, add in cacao and stir.
6. enjoy!

My favorite slow cooker/instant p*t chili recipe is here!!!! it only took me making it three times to remember to take photos of it 🙈 it was always gone so fast and i’d forget, but the most recent time my dad and i made it (with sweet potato and venison, grass fed and fresh) i made sure to so i can share with you guys how easy and delicious it is 🤗 besides, who doesnt love chili this time of year? it’s completely paleo, gluten free and dairy free! and whole30 approved if you use a sugar free hot sauce! #paleo #glutenfree #dairyfree.

i know there are a lot of chili recipes out there, ones that have different animal proteins or vegan ones where the veggies and beans are the focus 🥣 i think it’s great that there are so many varieties and flavors out there - it makes cooking more fun and versatile when there is so much out there! feel free to take this recipe and make it what fits your lifestyle, whether that’s a vegan option with double the beans or chickpeas, or a version that uses chicken or beef! but personally, the sweet potato is a must 😏.

sweet potato venison chili 🍠🌶:
in your instant p*t or on a pan, sauté the following:
- white onion
- red bell pepper
- one minced garlic clove
once that is translucent (add from pan to instant p*t or slow cooker), add the following:
- venison (i used about 1lb, or your meat of choice)
- 1 can of black beans (rinsed)
- 1 can of crushed tomatoes
- a few dashes of hot sauce (sugar free)
- 1 jalapeño, chopped finely
- 1 large sweet potato (chopped into cubes)
- spices to preference (onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, chili powder and lots of cumin)
then let simmer on the setting until everything is cooked through and combined, then serve warm with toppings of choice - enjoy!!!

slow cooker/instant p*t brisket chili (low-carb, paleo, whole30)
🔹ingredients
2 lbs @wildparcel brisket, cut into 1-inch pieces
28 ounces diced tomatoes
1 cup beef bone broth or low-sodium beef broth
1 small onion, diced
1 bell pepper, diced
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp salt
2 tsp cumin
1 1/2 tsp paprika
1 tsp oregano
2 tsp oil (for ip)
🔸instructions
🔻slow cooker
optional step – add oil to a large pan over medium-high heat. add brisket, bell pepper, and onion to pan and cook, a few minutes until meat is browned and vegetable begin to soften. add all ingredients to the slow cooker. stir to mix well. cook high 4-5 hours, low 8-10.
🔻instant pot
turn on the ip and select sauté. once hot add oil to the pot. add the brisket, bell pepper, and onion and cook a few minutes until meat is browned and vegetable begin to soften. drain grease if you need to. add the bone broth & garlic to the ip. stir to mix. close lid and seal valve. set high pressure and cook for 40 minutes. natural release pressure for 5 minutes then manually the remaining pressure.

Le chili con carne, c'est la bonne idée en hiver !

nb de personnes : 4
1 oignon
1 gousse d’ail
400 g de steack haché 5% de mg
400 g de haricots rouges en boîte
400 g de tomates pelées en boîte
2 cuillères à café de poudre de chili
1 cuillère à soupe d’huile d'olive
sel & poivre

préparation
préparation : 10 min
cuisson : 20 min

pelez, puis hachez, l'oignon et l'ail.
dans une cocotte, faites chauffer l’huile avant d’y faire revenir l’ail et l’oignon quelques minutes, jusqu’à ce qu’ils soient translucides.
ajoutez la viande hachée, laissez cuire 5 minutes. ajoutez la poudre à chili.

egouttez les haricots et versez-les dans la cocotte, puis ajoutez les tomates.
mélangez, salez et poivrez.
laissez frémir 20 min.

dégustez chaud, avec une salade !
