yesterday i put up my first ever youtube vid and to say i was nervous was a bloody understatement, but the support i’ve received has been absolutely amazing i’m so lucky to have such wonderful friends i cannot even cope😭 (link is in bio if u wanna check it out🤷🏽‍♀️)

in other news i had a very tough leg day (glute specific 🍑) so i thought id share;
⭐️hip thrusts; 4x12
⭐️squats; 1x8, 1x5, 2x3, 1x1 ( increasing weight in each set)
⭐️straight legged deadlifts; 3x10
⭐️brazilian split squats; 3x8 ⭐️curtsy lunges with a squat in between each leg: 3x6 (full movement includes two lunges and a squat) ⭐️cable pull throughs; 3x10

procrastination and excuses have never created massive results. i had to tell myself it’s time to quit f*cking around and get on my s**t right in that moment to start seeing changes happen. •••
we will make up all kinds of reasons why we don’t have the things that “we say” we want when in actuality none of those reasons are going to disappear. there will always be another excuse because we are stepping into a version of ourselves that we have yet to see and with that there will always be resistance until we choose to man or woman up and consistently make ourselves a priority.

can definitely tell i’m getting softer on this bulk! however, i managed to get a bench session in yesterday despite feeling like i got hit by a bus 🚌 (ty cold & flu szn). but i’ve got mucinex on deck and we’re gonna make this week count! 💪 •

Hello shoulder👀 few questions people have asked: do i drink? how often do i go out out? if i had to pick either going out or fitness for the rest of my life, i’d pick fitness obviously.
i go out 1-2 times every 2 weeks. as i’m a lightweight i only need a few to get me going, so nutrition wise it doesn’t harm too much. you also burn a s**t load of cals anyway dancing, and i’m bulking so it isn’t too bad.
it’s the hangover that f***s up your routine and training. and for that reason i make that day my rest day😂 but it’s uni, fitness is still 90% of me, the rest is time to have fun🤪
also the reason i wasn’t going to compete until 2-3 years ahead. i do really want to but i believe you need to be 100% into it. right now just isn’t the time but in the near future i will be stepping on stage🌚

How to bulk or cut? 🤔

you want to build muscle?💪🏼
-
✔️lift weights, and try to get stronger each and every workout. eat high protein and eat in a caloric surplus.
-
✔️for f*t loss, it's almost the same. lift to build muscle and get stronger. this means you will hold on to as much muscle as possible. keep your protein high. you need to eat in a caloric deficit, aim to lose 0.5kg per week.
-
✔️for cardio whether you are trying to gain muscle or lose fat, utilize hiit & liss. it’s less, aim to do 20 - 30 min post workout.

❗ remember: this is not a set rule, at the end of the day nothing beats consistency.❗
