What a mentally tough 4 weeks it has been. not for anything outside of my own physique tho. trying to have a lower caloric baseline and trying to hold this weigh has been tough mentally bc even tho im eating less but weighing the same in my head i feel like i’m shrinking. the reason i’m doing this is so when i do push more food to grow i won’t need to be pushing an absurd amount right from the get go like the 8k-10k calories a day i was pushing last time. this has been a learning chance for me as well as figuring out my body more and what works best. other than that my family is doing amazing and my business is growing. —————————————————————

I have seen @bigb_superheavy do these a few times and i decided to try them out. this was at the end of my workout after some leg extensions, safety bar squats with a 3-1-3 tempo, single leg leg curls, and then single leg leg press as well. these are definitely an awesome finisher try them out. ——————————————————

Giving one hell of a shout out to my good friend and client @swolez_cole. he came to me at 8 weeks out and we completely turned things around. i can’t wait to see what this kid accomplished in the future. his work ethic is second to none. working two jobs going to school and prepping. when prepping alone isn’t easy. we will be back and better than ever. go finish this out champ and we will be back in full force. i can’t wait to see what we can do with a full off season and a full prep. this is not your final form. i promise you that. ——————————————————

I’m going away this weekend!! this used to cause me to say f*ck it on friday and eat way more than usual. and feel terrible as a result. why? because i knew i’d overeat on the weekend. i couldn’t control everything. so even on friday morning, i’d get into the mindset of “why does it even matter?” ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

i was restricting myself!! i wasn’t letting myself eat like a normal human. it’s amazing how dieting screws with your ability to eat normally. when it came time to eat with other people in a relaxed environment, my willpower said buh-bye (as it does), which resulted in a weekend binge-fest. then guilt on monday. then restriction. then repeat. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀
