Veggie bbq chicken pizza 🍕
the classic “can’t be arsed to make anything, still got both healthy extras” meal 💁🏻‍♀️
•••got a ww wrap, spread on 2 and a half tbs of barbecue sauce, topped with cheese, red onion, sweetcorn and cut up quorn fillets, a bit more cheese and the other half tbs of bbq, in the oven for about 15 minutes 💁🏻‍♀️ et voila 😇

Turmeric egg sandwich for breakfast this morning 😍🙌🏻 these might be the most unattractive eggs i’ve ever made but also the tastiest 😂🤷🏼‍♀️ toasted up two slices of organic sourdough + two eggs paired with a scoop of @furtherfood turmeric tonic + allllll the mashed avo you’d ever need 😎 i mean, is it really a breakfast sandwich without avo?! not in my book 😜 i added turmeric which has been a favorite of mine for the last year or so. when i was in the midst of marathon training and my joints were not loving me (😅 ), someone through my stories actually recommended taking turmeric because it’s supposed to be anti inflammatory! now i’m not a doctor or dietitian so this is just my personal experience but i’ve been hooked ever since! obviously do your own research and check things out for yourself but i love sharing little health hacks that have worked for me 🤗 the turmeric tonic i used is my current fav because it has adaptogens that add even more health benefits to the turmeric 👌🏻 linked a discount code in my stories! the perfect loaded sandwich to get this h**p day going 😎 happy wednesday friends! ❤️ ———————————————————————————- #breakfast details: 2 eggs + 1 scoop of @furtherfood turmeric tonic scrambled over medium heat for about 3-4 mins. paired with sautéed spinach + 1/2 mashed avocado 🥑 + 2 slices of toasted organic sourdough 🙌🏻

Craving a good old savory breakfast this morning🍳🥑
|| 2 slices @alvaradostreetbakery sprouted wheat bread topped with avocado slices + sea salt + pepper jack cheese + a fried egg in @kerrygoldusa butter + sea salt + black pepper + mashed these babies together || 😎
i used to almost always eat savory for breakfast, but recently i’ve been digging sweet breakfasts🍌🥐
i think it was more about the fact that i thought savory was “healthier”, because i feared eating sugar first thing, even if it was only fruit🍓 so instead i always opted for something savory to avoid it & truly didn’t listen to what i wanted🤔
maybe it’s a change in tastebuds or maybe it’s just that deep inside i really love a sweet breakfast. full of some kind of carb, fruit, & nut butter🥜 oh, and don’t forget the honey🍯
it’s funny how when you really become more in tune with what actually sounds satisfying, you often discover that maybe you didn’t like the foods you’ve been eating as much as you thought you did🤷🏼‍♀️ although i do still love a savory breakfast here & there and love this combo (but mostly prefer it for lunch these days), i’ve found that a sweet breakfast has been more up my alley recently🥞

Happy h**p day!! woke up and did a tough cardio workout this morning and refueled with this delicious loaded breakfast bowl!! what you put in your body is just as important as the actual workout💚 it is so important to replenish your body with the nutrients it lost during your workout. it is also important to fuel your muscles (especially after weight training). i always try to eat a clean balanced meal after a morning workout full of proteins, healthy fats, and carbs.
