Workout for ze glutes + hams🍑🤩👇⁣
this workout got my legs shakinnng; it was a good one! nothing too crazy tho tbh, just lots of basic, effective compound movements that i pushed my weight on, and focused on getting a good contraction with (mind-muscle connection is 🔑) ⁣
i’d def say that in the past year, my glutes and hams are where i’ve put on the most mass (in addition to shoulders) so if you’re looking to grow some stumps, i would recommend these moves! ⁣

1️⃣ a quoi ça sert ?
le sommeil permet la récupération psychologique et physique du corps. il est essentiel pour la construction du muscle, mais aussi pour augmenter ses performances, et être en forme. il permet d'éviter les blessures. et oui, s'entrainer en étant crevé(e), c'est augmenter vos risques de blessures.


2️⃣ comment bien dormir ?
➡ manger léger le soir
➡ couchez-vous 1-2h après votre dernier repas.
➡ aucunes lumières allumées dans votre chambre, obscurité totale
➡ aucuns bruits, le calme absolu !
➡ température ambiante dans la chambre.
➡ pensez qu'à des choses qui vous font du bien.
• ️️⃣3 combien d'heure de sommeil ?
entre 7 et 9h de sommeil par nuit. dormir trop vous rendrez encore plus fatigué(e)!
vous pouvez également faire des petites siestes entre 45min et 1h30, si vous en ressentez le besoin ou si votre corps vous le réclame.


c-o-n-c-l-u-s-i-o-n :
➡le repos est essentiel, donc n'hésitez pas à décaler une séance parce que vous êtes trop fatigué(e).
➡ dormez suffisamment pour que votre corps récupère toute sa force et construise bien le muscle.
➡ écoutez votre corps.
