I used to be very aesthetic focused when it came to workouts, and tbh it was getting to be a little much. missing workouts and going out to eat used to stress me out and i would always try to compensate for it. it wasn’t until i started powerlifting that i began to let go of that anxiety and focus on my performance rather than keeping a certain look. never been happier in my own skin! ⁣

今回は腹圧の感覚がうまく掴めず100kgまではいまいちだった。
125kgセットからは重量もあってかかかりもよく、5repまでpr更新出来た。
新しいベルトが段々と体に馴染んできたが、
無い状態でうまく出力が出来なくなっていた。
重量を下げてベルトを着けずにセットをこなすメニューを組んで強化していこう。
二頭トレは重量を下げてマッスルコントロールを意識した。
その場にあるものでプリチャー台を作っての
アームカール。これが良く極まった。
それもトレーニングとしてはいいけれど、
低重量でその部位だけを使うセットも頻度を
増やしていこう。

la versión más básica de la sentadilla, pero la más importante, no solo porque define toda la pierna y los glúteos, también para quienes van empezando en el mundo del ejercicio depende mucho como se desempeñen en esta primera etapa ya que muy a menudo algunas personas aprenden mal la técnica y deciden prematuramente adicionar peso sin haber pulido al 100% movimiento, lo cuál genera múltiples desbalances y lesiones en el futuro.

dificultad: baja

músculos involucrados: cuadricep, bíceps crural, glúteo medio y glúteo mayor

observaciónes:
tratar de no incrementar peso al movimiento hasta no dominar la postura correcta y tener un abdomen y espalda fuertes.
excelente para programas de quema de grasa a alta intensidad.

jak wykonać?
1⃣Łapiemy taśmę trx, zarówno ręce jak i nogi powinny być wyprostowane.
2⃣im dalej odstawiamy nogi, im bardziej równolegle do podłoża jesteśmy, tym jest nam ciężej. przedstawiam wersję średnio-zaawansowaną
3⃣głowa jest przedłużeniem tułowia
4⃣przede wszystkim musimy pamiętać o wyprostowanej sylwetce i maksymalnym spięciu mięśni brzucha, mięśni pośladkowych, stabilnym core
5⃣celem ćwiczenia jest ugięcie łokci, co umożliwi nam przyciągnięcie klatki piersiowej w kierunku trzymanego uchwytu
6⃣pamiętamy o ściągnięciu łopatek, co jest kluczowe -możemy akcentować ten ruch tak, jak wygląda to na filmie wypychając klatkę do przodu.
7⃣ Łokcie trzymamy blisko tułowia.
8⃣ oddychamy przeponą

po przyciągnięciu, możemy zatrzymać na chwilę ruch i wydłużyć fazę ekscentryczną (opuszczania, rozciągania), co dodatkowo utrudni nam wykonanie tego ćwiczenia.
