i used to love having armdays before 1 time a week, but lately i’ve skipped it. why you ask? mostly because i don’t feel motivated and inspired, and i can imagine you feel that way too😞 but i hate feeling that way, so i decided to make a easy arm workout video to you guys, so that you don’t have to feel that way either🔥💪🏻 1️⃣ dips with bench 12-15 reps x 3 sets

These type of incline curls hit you like a brick!!🧱 these curls seriously burn your biceps out so they are perfect for a finisher👌

incline dumbbell curls with 1 and a half reps are super effective and are great for adding in more time-under-tension that does not just involve slowing down the concentric (curling up) or eccentric (curling down) parts of the movement. be prepared to get no more than 6-8 reps even if you use a light weight because the fatigue in your biceps comes out of nowhere 😂😂💪

kesalahan yang paling dilakukan pemula gym adalah cuma melatih otot bisep padahal proporsi trisep 2/3 dari tangan

sedangkan bisep hanya 1/3 dari tangan, jadi kalau otot trisep jadi pasti arm kelihatan lbh besar
.
well, melatih otot tangan juga menyesuaikan lifestyle anda, kalau cuma ke gym 2x seminggu, lbh baik fokus di compound movement saja

Good workout early this morning. the logic was to blast rear delts then side delts and then decimate biceps. i’ve skipped over directly hitting front delts because i have delts + biceps coming up in a few days. i have two delts + biceps workouts in my training rotation and i have divided them into:
workout 1 = rear delts + side delts
workout 2 = side delts + front delts
this way i can prioritize side delts without dropping the ball on the rest of the shoulder development.
i smashed biceps hard today but it was tough to get any form of a pump because i went into this workout on an empty stomach. good workout, though.

the triceps brachii is a large three-headed muscle of the posterior muscle group of the upper arm: the long, lateral and medial.
the main function of the triceps brachii is extension of the forearm, it helps in extension of the elbow joint and also act as an antagonist of the biceps and brachialis.
the long head fascicle is employed when sustained force generation is demanded, or when there is a need for a synergistic control of the shoulder and elbow or both. the lateral head is used for movements requiring occasional high-intensity force, while the medial fascicle enables more precise, low-force movements. as your triceps become stronger, the strength and stability of your shoulders and elbows increase. according to the american college of sports medicine, triceps should be trained at least twice per week on non-consecutive days. triceps are actually relatively small muscles, so you should keep your repetition range between 8-12. make sure to train them correctly!
