die ganze woche quälte mich eine mandelentzündung 😫 ich hab brav mein bett gehütet, so dass ich es diesmal richtig auskuriere - hab ich bei dem letzten infekt im dezember leider nicht getan! 🤷🏼‍♀️

naja nun gab es antibiotikum, ingwer, tee, kurkuma & honig und ganz viel schlaf! heute ist auch der erste tag wo ich sage mir gehts wieder besser! 👍🏼
sport und laufen gibts natürlich erst in der kommenden woche!

¿pronto será tu primera carrera? te dejo estás recomendaciones que debes tener en cuenta para el gran día!:🏃🏻‍♀️🏃🏻‍♂️ •
1. procura los días antes o al menos el día antes, comer lo más sano posible para evitar sentirte pesado y también para evitar que te enfermes y no te de una diarrea horrible. 🤭
2. duerme súper bien, esto influirá mucho en tu rendimiento durante la carrera.
3. desayuna con tiempo y ligero, no vayas a querer vomitarte a la mera hora. 😆
4. pasa al sanitario con anticipación para evitar contra tiempos o accidentes jajaja
5. vete bien cómodo
6. no lleves muchas cosas, existen carreras que cuentan con 'guarda ropa' pero te aconsejo que si puedes vayas lo más ligero posible.
7. llega temprano, con anticipación. puede que se te pase el grupo que te toca y ya no sepas ni que onda. porque en las carreras existen 5k, 10k 15k etc que corren en la misma pista pero en dif tiempo. ojo!☝🏻
8. calienta antes de empezar, prepara tus músculos, evita lesiones.
9. estira al terminar, para que tu ritmo cardíaco vuelva a la normalidad y evites lesiones.
10. corre relajado, sin tensar tu cuerpo, porque sino después de unas horas oohh dolor! 🙁
11. empieza a correr lento y luego pues aumentar la velocidad😉
12. respira correctamente, evita mareos, náuseas, dolor 🤮🥴
13. cuando quieras parar no lo hagas de una, ve bajando la velocidad y ve hacia un lado que veas que puedes caminar libremente, evita accidentes.

¡qué ondi!, si estás por correr tu primera carrera te dejo estos tips que te pueden servir 👍🏻🏃🏻‍♀️🏃🏻‍♂️

1. procura correr 🏃🏻‍♂️🏃🏻‍♀️por lo menos una vez a la semana, 3-2 meses antes. has tipo 'pruebas'. solo tienes que saber de cuantos km es la pista en la que te vas a poner a prueba, da las vueltas necesarias que equivalgan a los km de la carrera. ej. si la carrera será de 5km y la pista a dónde vas es de 1.8 puedes dar 3 vueltas y poner tu cronómetro ⏱️para saber cuánto tiempo haces, bue... esto es a la antigua, ya que actualmente existen aplicaciones que te indican todo. 📱⌚

2. los días en que no puedas ir a correr, enfoca tus entrenamientos en casa o gym al cardio y de vez en cuando has hiit, esto te ayudará a tener una mejor resistencia, condición y manejar correctamente tu respiración.👌🏻

3. aprende a respirar correctamente👃🏻, inhala exhala todo el tiempo incluso si haces fuerza o elevas tu ritmo cardíaco. te ayudará a tener más resistencia, evitas mareos, dolores de cabeza, el famoso 'dolor de caballo'🐎

4. si no tienes tenis 👟de correr y no piensas invertir en unos, puedes probar con cuáles de los que tienes te sientes más cómodo, para que el día de la carrera no sea un factor en contra y te lastimes tu piecillos o te salgan ampollas 😁.

Mardi 25 février 2020, derniers réglages avant le semi-marathon de paris, 10km de villepinte, run and bike de dimanche prochain.
au programme footing 30min, gammes athlétiques puis de séance de fractionné 10 à 14x200m récupération active 200m. récupération 10' en sens inverse et 6min gainage. félicitations à tous le groupe, vous avez été au top.

Genoptræning 💪🏻

jeg har nu siden d. 30/1 gået til genoptræning, med mit knæ. jeg fik lavet et program i samarbejde med min fys, som skulle gøre, at mit knæ helst skulle blive bedre.
jeg måtte efter de to første træninger, have reduceret mine øvelser, jeg havde ondt, jeg havde meget ondt! og det bliver ikke bedre. efter en uge med sygdom, og minimalt med træning, virkede det endelig til, at det blev bedre igen. men så tog jeg til træning, også var det helt lort igen.
jeg har haft mega ondt lige siden sidste træning, så da jeg tog afsted i dag, havde jeg besluttet, at jeg bare ville cykle, for det er ikke så slemt for knæet. jeg havde ikke noget mål, jeg ville bare cykle til jeg ikke kunne mere. dette blev resultatet 👆🏻 og det er jeg faktisk ret stolt af! men nu ligger jeg her igen, øm som bare pokker, og et knæ det er 6cm tykkere end det andet 🤷🏻‍♀️ #mitperfekteuperfekteliv #mitliverfedt #genoptræning #knæskade #sygemeldt #cykling #10km #minkamp #smerter #minkampmodkiloene #minus3kgiår #livsstilsændring #korsbåndsskade #ødelagtknæ

About body image 🌟 « runners must be thin to run better » « runners must have some muscles » « you can’t eat it because you will gain weight » « runners needs to eat pasta everyday every meals » ... 🤦🏼‍♀️ everybody has always something to say about our body shape, about the way we eat and fuel our body “you must loose some weight to run faster” “you don't have enough muscle on your legs” “ stop eating just salad” “you need meat”... the reality is that all bodies are different and everyone eats the food that makes you feel better !

whatever we eat, we trained, some bodies particularities will always stay presents just because there are people with big bones and others with small ones and we can’t decide for it
we can obviously changes some aspects with healthy eating and exercise like loose extra weight or gain muscles but the body nature’s will always be dominant.

the best thing to do is to accept our body and become the best version of ourselves, eating and training the way we like and the way we feels comfortable with ✨

수면도 개판..러닝도 개판

어제는 잠보가 출입통제가 되어
대치유수지체육공원 가서 훈련을 했다.

업힐에서 뛰지도 못했지만..
업힐이라는 단어자체가 공포의대상!!
진찌 남산과 아이유 뛰어보고 트라우마..
처음부터 못뛰겠지? 그생각부터듬.. 😖

나혼자 였음 절대 안 뛰었을텐데.. 열악한 날씨와 급 바뀐장소 또 코로나까지 난리인데
그럼에도 불구하고 함께 달려주신

Run 10km in less than 40 minutes training schedule

training hard makes you tired and weak. only rest will make you stronger and faster.

if you have more time, and no races planned, which is better, this program can easily be modified up to a maximum of 24 weeks, by doubling the length of each phase.

calculate your your target time,
it may be slower or quicker than 40 minutes
for time trial: individual pace.

35 min runners aim for 3:30/km
45 min runners aim for 4:30/km
50min runners aim for 5:00/km
55min runners arum for 5:00/km
60min runners aim for 6:00s/km
know your individual target pace to train at !

400m reps : individual pace:
work out your 400m pace per km and aim to run 5-7secs/400m faster. eg:
45mins is 4mins 30secs or 270 secs 270/2.5 =108secs
race pace is 1min 48 pace /400m
so interval target pace is
1:48- 6= 1:42 /400m rep *if you are a slower or faster runner
do your own maths but make sure you get at least 30secs rest between each 400m !!

target examples:
45min (1:48 - 6) = 1min 42 /400m
50min (2:00 - 6) = 1min 54/400m
60min (2:24 - 6) = 2min 18/400m
