It works only if a person is young and healthy, but if a person is 50-60 years old - obesed, probably having an insulin resistance, it won't work. you'd better do keto and if from young age and you'd be healthy and lean
Vegan works very well. but most ppl wanna try bs routes cuz they can't fully commit
How can calorie deficits or even surpluses have an impact on our body (fat) ratio, when someone who has clearly been in a calorie surplus for a long time can have a lower body ratio than someone who has been in a calorie deficit for an even longer time? our bodies clearly aren’t mathematical balance sheets, but the are alive and your body tells you what it wants.

I used to severely depressed and stayed in bed for about 3 months. not a single shower in that time. i ate very little and didn’t lose weight. i assumed it was because i did zero exercise. when i got better and ate more and did exercise i then started losing weight so i don’t get how just a calorie deficit can be all that’s needed for weightloss.
Do any of you even know etc calorie deficit means??? buring more calories than you eat. you could literally eat 1 burger a day and you are most likely going to lose weight if you burned more calories than the burger. has nothing to do with working out it literally just tells you how f*t lose works.
Thats actually false according to dr jason fung
Not true. as your body begins to adjust to you losing weight, it finds ways to save energy so you stop losing weight. sometimes its more than just caloric deficit that matters. or starvation mode, which most people claim is fake but is very real. your horomones also play a huge role in your weight fluctuations
