I’ve been getting back into my groove lately. aiming for at least 5 meals a day to keep these muscle bellies full 🍗.
although i’ve been making it into the gym, it’s been a challenge trying to keep up with a higher calorie diet. my metabolism runs fairly quickly and more muscle just means the more food you’ll need to maintain it. you can workout all day, but without enough food you’ll lack that pop.
